Enjoyed the night of rest. Good location and near our sports event. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. A/C worked and was not noisy. Clean rooms were appreciated. Restaurants nearby offered a variety of food choices. Gas Station next door made it very convenient for travelers.

Ken the manager is amazing and continues to make this place great! Amazing service always!!! We are a group that travels up every year for the past 12 years. This hotel has always been perfect for our needs and always clean. The front office treats me like family and housekeeping is hard working and so nice!! We will continue staying here!

Wonderful Place to Stay, Especially with a Pet Other motels could take a lesson from the Red Roof Inn in Fairborn-Nutter Center when it comes to first impressions. One of the first things I look at when pulling into a motel is how clean are the grounds, and at this motel they are pristine! As I walked my service dog around the grounds and building, there was no trash...just beautifully mowed grass, and lots of it! Great for dogs! At check in, the girl was pleasant and check in was efficient. Upon checking out, Jen was very sweet and friendly. We had a Superior King Room on the first floor. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed linens and towels were clean, white and in excellent condition...nothing shabby here! The bed was very comfortable, and we had a great sleep. There was great water pressure and the water was nice and hot. The TV worked great, and there was a huge variety of channels from which to choose. There was a gas station right next door, which was a plus if you wanted a quick snack. In addition, there were lots of eating places close by. This was a quiet motel with no people lurking around or congregating outside. I felt completely safe, even when taking my service dog out for a late night potty break. This Red Roof Inn had all of the hallmarks I look for when traveling: pristine grounds, very clean rooms, a welcoming staff, and a safe and quiet location. I would definitely stay here again!

Rundown Hotel with the Bare Minimum Don't believe the pictures. This is an old, rundown hotel with peeling paint. Because the walkways are outdoors, they are dusty and full or leaves and things that have clearly been there for a while. Breakfast is not included. Coffee is only available in the lobby, and the door does not open until after 7 unless you go to the night window and ask to be let in. The rooms are really small and crowded. The decor is dark and depressing. Because your door opens to outdoors, bugs can get in. The beds are hard and so are the pillows. You can hear traffic noise from the busy road outside, people's dogs (which are welcome) and the other guests. The first room they assigned us to had not been cleaned. After we complained, they gave us a different one. There were a number of dead insects in the light fixtures in the new room. The rooms are the absolute minimum size they could make them. There is a shelf that serves as a "desk" in a dark corner with no lamp. The only chair is the desk chair. The TV is tiny and you have to sit on the bed to watch it. The "amenities" are a shard of soap and some tiny containers of shampoo, conditioner and lotion. As far as I can see, the only reason to stay at this place would be if you need to be close to Wright University across the street.
