Exceptional staff made the difference I stayed at this property for 75 days starting in June of 23. I have to say the staff at this property are something special(especially the front desk staff, all shifts and the supervisor). They made me feel right at home the entire time. This group of ladies and one gentleman are the perfect example of superb customer service, friendly and fun. Great stay, great staff and new friends made. Five stars in my book!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Most things a just a shade off. It’s clean, which is enough to get it three stars. It should have been a better stay. We felt like there was something a little off or busted with most things. The room. Typical one bedroom king. The microwave worked but it’s frame is broken, the water in the bathroom sink has a very strong sulfur smell (oddly the shower and kitchen sink did not have an odor), there aren’t enough utensils, cookware, etc. to get full use of the kitchen, the furniture and tv are dated. But, again, clean. The front desk was unhelpful 2/3 of the time. I write that because for the first two nights they were unable find pool towels, bottle openers, or the room we actually booked. Hilton gives you option of pre-booking your room. In every case I noticed (four, including mine) this hotel booked its customers into rooms they didn’t want. One wanted to be away from the elevator, for example, and we booked a room away from the pool. We stayed across from the pool and the other guest was next to the elevator. Don’t offer it if you can’t deliver. However, the front desk staff on the Friday we stayed was awesome. Found towels and a bottle opener. The “market” is under stocked for a hotel with guest kitchens. Additionally, the wine selection was poor (one dessert white and two reds) for a hotel so close to Napa. The pool is nice and was clean during our stay. The dog walk area was a soggy muddy mess. There’s been no rain so I’m assuming they have a significant leak. We wanted it to be a better “Hilton” experience. It wasn’t.

Six Flags Family trip Everything was absolutely great 10 out of 10 except the constant smell in hallway on floor 4. It was always this old nasty smell every time in the hallway night or day. Rooms were bid and fan in master room was amazing! Great place to stay!

Needed a place to stay while we moved. The first room we got the TV was not working. We were given another room and the shower was not draining. Maintenance tried twice and was unable to correct the issue. We asked if there was any possible way we could stay one more night and they were unable to accommodate us. The property was clean, the room was very large and comfortable. There was lots of space to walk our dogs. The pool was being fixed. The staff was all very nice and apologetic for being unable to correct the drain issue. We were given points for our inconveniences.
