Great Staff very thoughtful & friendly!!!!!! I stay at... Great Staff very thoughtful & friendly!!!!!! I stay at this RAMADA any chance I'm near ST Louis The maid service & the cleanliness of the rooms is the Best !!!! The staff is wonderful !!!!! just really really friendly people & very professional in that they get the job done The manager is always around & as I stay there often, she & her staff are has good as I've seen at their jobs !!!!!!! The attached Fridays is the same friendly mind set & has sports tv as does the hotel dining area It is an older hotel, yet well kept & I stay there because of the staff & the cleanliness of the rooms The indoor pool is well maintained, as is the heat & air are maintained in the seasonal Midwest which is important They are updating & remodeling and I will look forward to Seeing the outcome in the future but I choose the constant & reliable service & cleanliness of this Ramada at Fairveiw heights With this management & staff I start my fourth year of stays!!!!!!

Travelocity My husband and I used Travelocity to book our hotel reservations at this the Ramada Inn in Fairview Heights, IL for our family vacation. We received a confirmation email the day before our stay (June 11, 2014) stating that the room has been book and there was no need to reconfirm our hotel stay. We arrived at the hotel June 12, 2014 with our 1 year old daughter, who was ready for her snack and a diaper change, and my husband's family to a closed hotel. The Manger was on the property and informed us that the hotel had closed on May 28, 2014. She had informed us that she had emailed all third party travel agencies, including Travelocity, of the hotel closure and she also received a confirmation email from each of the agencies acknowledging the closuring, including from Travelocity. She had said that since they closed she has been turning way families everyday who were expecting to say with them and were not informed of the closure, like we were. When I called Travelocity they claimed they did not know that the hotel had closed. I had to go into the empty hotel to locate the manager again so that she could confirm to Travelocity that the hotel was indeed closed. This is the only reason why we received our money back because Travelocity had stated on the reservations that it was non-refundable. We had asked Travelocity to pay for our hotel stay at the new hotel for the inconvenience of their mistake. The best they could do was a $100 gift card which would not even pay for one night because we had book two room for two nights. The rest of the day was wasted looking for a new hotel to stay in instead of doing what we had originally planned for our vacation. When we returned home I contacted the Better Business Bureau. They contacted Travelocity and they claim that they were never informed of the closure. clean it up carpet,rooms need to be replaced. under the sink in our room was dirty outlets by the bed had dirt and spider webs. Juice machine not working in the morn for juice. to bad it looked so bad, because the other hotels in the area were pretty close in price and offer the same. ill be staying elsewhere when in the area again. clean it up guys...

Dissatisfied in Fairvew Hts. I spent the weekend at the Ramada Inn and I was disappointed with the fact that they did not clean the room. I was there from Friday to Sunday. The floor was not vacuumed nor was the bathroom floor cleaned. The sheet were not changed and my roommate detected a odor.

Real average Booked through Travelocity, the secret deal. Average hotel room. It was clean and the air was cold. The breakfast wasn't the best but it was part of the deal. Good overnight stay, wouldn't stay here for a week. I've stayed in better and I've stayed in worse, this was ok.
