Yes, it's that bad. If you want a room with broken glass, plenty of mold, and a ceiling leaking from 5 different places, look no further! Based on the other reviews, I have to assume that some of their rooms are actually decent (or they used to be). When I stayed here, less than a quarter of the other rooms were occupied, so I'd expect to have gotten at least an average room. Yet the windows were cracked, the air conditioner barely took the edge off the heat and was loud enough to rattle the door, the ceiling was dripping from several places (even after the rain dried up, suggesting bad plumbing), the bathroom and carpets were excessively moldy (causing the room to stink), the tap water stank, the towels were more filth than fabric, 1 of the 3 locks on the door was broken, 1 of the wall-sconce lamps was broken and held on only by the wires, water was dripping from the ceiling onto a lampshade, etc. Even before I saw the room, I thought the health certificate posted in the office looked like it'd been doctored; now I'm sure it was. There were a couple positives: I didn't see any bugs, and the water pressure was great (unfortunately, the shower head was damaged, and I couldn't find the shower curtain under all the mold). The wifi was pretty good... in the lobby. No wifi in most of the rooms. I was passing through and only stayed one night, and the few positive reviews seem to have come from locals. I suspect they might reserve their worst rooms for gullible northern city-folk (even though most of their rooms were empty). If you meet that description, stay away. If you have to stay here, the first-floor rooms looked a bit less horrible than the second-floor, so consider claiming you have difficulty getting up stairs and need a room on the ground floor. The non-smoking rooms seem to be kept in marginally better condition than the smoking rooms. And if you loose your room key, just through a rock through the window and tape it up afterword, as many seem to have done before. I've attached pictures of the leaking ceiling, as I wasn't going to spend long enough in that room to fully document all the issues. It fully earned a 1-star review, but there's already enough of those here for people gloss over. When you read the other reviews, notice how the most positive reviews were written on the same week in July 2014 that the hotel management was active on this website, by reviewers who haven't reviewed any other hotels. Caveat emptor.

Nastiest place you will find This is probably the worst place you could probably stay bad odor in the room's fixtures falling apart dirty lining. If you have the option to continue driving, go ahead and do it. Don't waste your money here.

Very dissatisfied I payed for two weeks before i looked at rooms. I was highly disappointed after i payed that i was not allowed any visitors if violated this rule i would be automatically put out. The wifi signal was not strong enough to reach past the office. The air conditioning units are falling apart from the wall. The shower rod is held together with paper and constantly fell down. The commode has no water pressure so everytime you used the toilet your body waste would just sit there. The light fixtures are falling apart.and the majority of the electrical sockets do not work. When i finally received a microwave and minifridge neither one worked. This place is horrible and they have the nerve to charge over $300.00 a week. The staff are scared to speak because they stay in motel and i guess they are in fear of being kicked out. This place needs to be shut down torn down and rebuilt

Horrifying-Fayetteville, TN The place reeked of mold the carpet was wet for no reason! The linens we FILTHY! Stained and covered in hairs. We stayed ONE NIGHT because he HAD TO. We attended a wedding and they were the only ones with vacancy (SHOCKER) now my husband is ill and can’t help to equate the environmental conditions to it. If we had had the option we would have walked out! The bathroom had black mold crawling up the walls and there was a head level stain on the wall from I don’t want to know.... DO NOT STAY THERE!
