Super views and staff! As an old lady and her mother traveling to see the famous rhododendron garden, we were a little worried by a couple recent reviews, but our experience with this Courtyard was totally excellent. I'd highly recommend this hotel for the hospitality skills and patience of the staff—Krystal, Cheri, Dominic at the front and Kris in the restaurant—as well as the cleanliness of the hotel. We were blown away by the front-row view of Mt. Rainier from our rooms and also from the glass elevator. Really a good experience. Thank you to those hard-working people trying to run a large hotel in the pandemic.

Hide a bed nightmare The first night we stayed we had 2 queen beds but needed a room for the 2nd night that sleeps 5. We got a room with a king size bed, hide away bed, and twin air mattress. The couch turned in to the most uncomfortable hide away that I’ve ever experienced. It is full size at best and we had to just pull the mattress to the floor. It was horrible and should not more expensive than the room with 2 queen beds.

They do not car about your vechicle Hotel was pretty okay, bistro was top notch, service was about as expected. My first night though a window in my truck was shattered and alot of things were stolen out of my truck, my truck was parked in the middle of a fairly full lot and under a street light, it was parked less then 60 feet from the building and 100 to the next building, now this is the main marking area for the hotel and they don't have a camera on it, there is an exit from the building directly facing my truck and no camera, 2 camera covering the front door but nothing facing the main parking area and a side entrance? When asked about a camera the staff shrugged it off and said here is the non emergency line to Seattle pd and walked me through how to fine, as if this has been done so many times its common for them, the kicker was when I checked out a few days and restless night later and see they charged me for parking, you I paid to have my stuff stolen from a place that could help deter it from happening to someone else but does not care............stay at the Hilton, they have gated parking

Extra Care Needed to travel to Seattle area with a group of 18, for a work project. They took extra care of us by easily adding a link to reserve a block of rooms. Upon arrival they had arranged for us to get a breakfast bag and coffee. Made special arrangements even around our work schedule. The hotel property is in an convenient area of Seattle. The room was nice and updated. We would definitely return.

Weird. Like they don’t really want you here You need to buzz a bell to be let in without a key at apparently all times of the day. It’s kind of in a strip mall. I don’t know if they get a lot of foot traffic from randoms but what do I know. Front desk agents are just trying to get you out of their face. No more no less. They don’t have Bravo which I thought was standard basic cable so I just streamed Below Deck on my phone instead. But you can log into Netflix and Prime if that’s your jam. There was a pack of 5 wipes in the room that clearly needed to be swiped down by about 10 of those packs. All gross with visible dirt after my wipe down. I guess do it if you have to. But they are really trying to make sure you have zero reasons to return.
