Do not come here! There is black mold all over the bathroom! I picked this particular hotel because of the hot tub, and it was still out of service as I had read previous reviews of the same issue and figured it would be resolved after a month upon arrival. The 2 rooms I rented are dirty. I booked through expedia, so I already paid for 5 days and can't afford to go to another hotel at this point. Customer service said her manager would be available in the morning. Disgusting rooms. Do not come here!

Beware I booked two nights at this hotel so I could have one full day to get work done. There was no where on their website or otherwise that said they were redoing their roof. I woke up at 7:00 a.m. to clanging and then incessant banging for hours. The ladies at the front desk were super helpful to the extent they were able to be, but the manager, who goes by Paul (not his actual name), couldn't have been less helpful. He offered to move me to the first floor that evening. That absolutely did not help the whole reason I was there. He would not comp me another night on the first floor so that I could I have a full day's work as intended. I was moved down to the first floor at 1:00 in the afternoon right before I was going to check out. I decided to stay not realizing that my room was directly in front of the lifts and the giant trash cans they were going to fill with all the roofing material for 3 hours that evening. I was told by one of the employees that nobody was supposed to be booked on that side of the building. When I brought it up to the manager again, he told me no one could do anything about it and that he didn't have a manager! He refused to tell me his name or give me any contact information for his higher-ups. So unprofessional and I would never stay here again. I've been building businesses for over 20 years and this man would have been fired immediately. I felt bad for the ladies who were working in the front. They wanted to help but they were absolutely powerless.

A shame I never received my 100 deposit back after leaving room exactly the same beds even made. Beyond disappointed. Tried to call to ask why I didn’t receive it back and was put on hold and eventually hung up on by the foreign gentleman. Was beyond irritated by the customer service so I called back twice nobody answered I was sent to a voicemail. Save your money and stay any where else

Excellent Other than the 11 kids screaming and doing endless canonballs in the tiny pool and taking up the hot tub, this one-night stay was fine. I had to call the front desk at midnight to ask for the kids above us to stop running track and doing long jumps across the suite upstairs right above my head. The desk said they would tak ecare of it immediately. The kids finally stopped around 1am. I slept fine after that. Hotel is fairly new and from this century, which is nice. Hot brreakfast with eggs/sausage was good at 6am when I arrived but the buffet was ransacked by the time my daughter made it down there at 8am. No forks either, if you can believe that. Otherwise, very nice comfortable room.

Poor condition… The window seals are broken, the furniture is worn & needs replacing! The bed mattress was soggy! The show curtain was melted! The bathroom light bulbs burnt out. The toilet didn’t flush!!! Ugh… Good thing was the hot water! Please refund our money or 20,000 points
