Average. This hotel is thoroughly average. I stayed here with my parents when I came to Flagstaff to take the SAT. It really is nothing more than advertised, but I will state that it seems that there is a lingering smell in the hallways. The bathrooms are also kinda nasty.

Don’t expect clean or air conditioning to work I thought this hotel was very dirty. Stained carpets. Nasty looking. Buffet was not well stocked. Our A/C could barely keep the room comfortable. We had to sleep with no covers. Pictures didn’t look at all like the reAlity.

Broken down and snarky Checked in on 4/28/21 5:00, to the rudest front desk girl ever. S he was clearly put out by any questions let alone that I needed her to repeat the answers. Go figure- were wearing masks , a plexiglass shield and the maintenance guy has a leaf lower running in the foyer w/ the doors open. But her answer is to be snarky. Then I can’t get into my room- a few times- and she( and the morning girl) want to tell me I don’t know how to use a doorknob. Guess I’m dumber than a doorknob. The door hardware is clearly worn out but they blame it on the customer. Read the other reviews- this is a common complaint

Radisson used to be reliabe I am a longtime Radisson property believer. I was disappointed here. The property is in a good location and looks good outside but the wear and tear are showing. Towels are thin enough to read through. I am happy it seemed clean. The lack of breakfast was expected during Covid, but I was very surprised that they didn't even have bag breakfasts as advertised when we checked in the night before. I was up at 730 and they had run out "a while ago". I don't get it. I asked if they were full the night before and they said yes we are full and then at 730 they ran out of breakfast bags. They had their pool open with no restrictions why not the breakfast? At least plan for the number of people staying at your property. I won't be trusting Radisson again.. stick to Hampton the. best for Covid service. And I paid a premium to stay here. My Bad.

Nothing special. Overpriced This is a typical 2-3 star hotel. Nothing special. The room was worn out, carpets dirty. The beds were not comfortable and the walls are paper thin. Not worth the price of over $200/night! Also, the front desk people were rude. I would go some else next time.
