Never again This was probably the most disgusting motel I have stayed at in over 40 years of traveling. Positives; the wooden floor was nice. Check in was fast and efficient. Plus when we had wifi issues he came to our room to help. Owner responded quickly to my complaints on their survey. Negatives; bathroom had not been cleaned. Some hair in the tub, but ALOT of hair on the very small bathroom floor. Towels were dirty. The most disgusting problem was the pillow cases were extremely filthy. We pulled them off and put our own towels over top of the pillows. I was tired and too scared to look at the sheets and bedcover. It's very sad to see the decline of this place over the years

Terrible Hotel So, I’am a travel healthcare professional and I want to give a warning to all my fellow healthcare workers that this is NOT the place for you, unless you’re use to project low-income type of living. 1. I work 12 hour shifts at the hospital, and when i get to my room I put the green do not disturb sign on the door so they dont start knocking about house keeping. After 12 hrs, I strive to sleep for 8 hours but these people walk around and take the sign off the door and slide it under your door. Last weekend I complained about it and the guy at the front desk told me he told them to take it off and that he will talk to them about that. They did it again the following day. So, this weekend i decided to book with this place and the idiots did it again, they took the sign off the door and the lady comes beating on the door waking me up about housekeeping. I opened the door and I was pissed off! I told her if you all stop taking the damn signs off the door, you would know to leave me alone!!! I called the front desk and told them about that and as always, he said; “I will talk to them about that”. Dude! Thats the same thing you told me last weekend and the problem still exist. 2. 90% of this place is vacant, I walk past rooms and nobody is in it and im a returning customer for a second weekend here and you would think they would give me a break and want to do right by me so i can keep coming back. I booked for 3 nights and arrived so late that they canceled my booking and the manager refunded me for two nights instead of all 3, his reason being because my no-show, he could of rented that room to someone else. Dude! You’re 90% vacant, there is no one else! 3. If you look at the attached pics, They have black mold growing in several places of the shower. The paint you see in the other pics is not a design or pattern, thats literally paint chipping off and pealing all over the walls of the room. Lastly, my frig doesn't work at all. One star hotel!!! Bed Bugs _ Stay Away! Bed _ bugs!!!! Stay away from this dump. Pictures included of the bites. Moron at the front desk would not give me similar room while hotel was dead quiet. Can someone please explain what has happened to all the northern Arizona hotels? Been traveling forty years in the area and have never seen it so bad. From Holbrook to Williams the hotels are disgraceful and at times charging exuberant rates. Joke! All these hotel people are clueless in how to maintain even the minimal standards. But there level of arrogance, righteousness, indignation and know it all attitude would lead us to believe they are experts. They actually think we are stupid!

My experience was not as good as I expected Terrible customer service, i was waiting behind the desk for along time, i had 14 hour drive home, i was waiting from 7 am to 8 am, i hope to recieve a better customer service from this company, so more people reserve from this hotel. Thank you ss

One to avoid Pros: comfortable beds, room clean. Cons: SUPER noisy plumbing through thin walls waking me when a neighboring unit used water. Mgt offered no accommodation when i complained. Outside walls thin to let in noisy freeway. Breakfast pure carbs, no protein.
