Top notch experience The entire staff is friendly and wonderful. The front desk folks, housekeeping ladies and Geri & Julie are always courteous, kind and helpful. The cleanliness has spoiled us, we compare every hotel we stay at to this one. Our rooms, breakfast area, pool, fitness center, and grounds are all clean and lovely. We stay at this location often and it is always a great experience.

Clean property with friendly staff Room and property were very clean. Staff always had a smile and were helpful. The lady working the breakfast (I’m sorry, I’m terrible with names!) was especially friendly. It was a slight let down that we were bumped from the room we reserved (right next to the elevator) to a room about as far away down the hall as you could get from the elevator (have a bad knee currently). Would definitely stay again though.

Used to be great. This used to be my “go to” property when visiting family in the area. Not after this trip. The smell of marijuana was so strong it was nauseating in the hallways and elevators. Air conditioner rattled loudly when it ran, which was sporadic. The room temperature bounced drastically from ice cold to hot repeatedly every few hours overnight so nobody got much sleep. As a Hilton Diamond member we always get a late checkout, this morning we were told “absolutely not.” So much for the nap I need before driving again after a cruddy night of sleep. I told the person at the front desk that not getting late checkout was one of several disappointments this trip, she didn’t even bother to ask about the others. This used to be a jewel, not because of the property (it’s standard) but because of the customer service.

Beautifully appointed and maintained facility, with a Hospitable Vibe! We were in town for our pet's surgery at the Animal Surgical Center of Michigan. We found the hotel to be immaculate, tastefully decorated, and very responsive to the needs of our pet and accommodations that were made to keep our pet and ourselves comfortable. Our room was spacious, and the breakfast attendant was very thoughtful and hospitable. The entire staff including the manager was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel! They truly care about the customer experience and made us feel very much at home!

Great Stay at Hampton Inn Flint/Gran Blanc Our stay was excellent. Breakfast was fresh & plentiful. The staff are friendly & helpful. My king suite was clean & in great shape. All of the common areas, pool, and workout room are well maintained
