Nice Place Overall a pleasant place to stay. Beautiful view or the Tennessee River from our room. Would give it an excellent rating except our bathtub would not drain and the fitness center was lacking. Their restaurants were very good.

Excellent stay, excellent staff, spa, and food If not for the actions of the manager, our stay would have been 3/5. Last Thursday night, we had a lower level room with significant noise issues late at night. The manager went above and beyond our expectations and provided a very special fix for us. The spa was very nice (not co-ed, which is hard for couples to enjoy getaways together, but spa staff said they were working on moving that way), breakfast was delicious. Beautiful hotel resort, we will be back. Thank you staff for making our anniversary getaway so special!

Nice Location The back part of the hotel overlooked the dam. Very quiet location as well as the room. The 3rd floor hallway had a wet smell. The room was a nice size and the beds were comfortable. The restaurant had evening entertainment so that was a nice treat. The menu was pretty much the same for many of our stays, nothing special.

Great stay The service and employees at this hotel were fantastic . I had a issue with my bill and Jason quickly looked into it and resolved the issue . The hotel is close to restaurants and has a back drop of Tennessee River. The room was very clean . The indoor pool was good but wished the jacuzzi was open. The fitness gym had a good amount of equipment . Would definitely return .

The best in the shoals Very nice hotel. The pool is the main attraction. We had a great time for my daughter 15 birthday. She keeps asking to go back. Will definitely book when it's warm again. I wish they had had waiters at the pool.
