Bad bad bad.. When you enter the hotel it is like visiting your very old grandmother ( she could have been dead for some days ) Everything is old and it smells really bad. Rooms are of a very bad condition and the carpets seems like they are alive. Beside that the girls at the reception where where friendly. I would rate the hotel 1 star instead of the 4 proclaimed

DO NOT EVER STAY HERE! AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!! We had our flight cancelled on our way to Florence airport and were desperate. We originally planned on just sleeping in the airport since our new flight was scheduled for 6AM, but learned that the airport closes at midnight and doesn't reopen until 4AM. The hotel is absolutely DISGUSTING. The room is set up more like a prison than a hotel. Four single beds shoved in a room with no where to walk. Filthy beds, carpets, and pillows. We opened our drapes to get some light in this horror of a room, and found bars covering the entire window. We were on the first floor, so it wasn't for protection from someone falling, but protection from the area that the hotel is in. When pulling into the hotel that night, there were women waiting outside the hotel's parking lot looking for a "date". We took a taxi back into the city for dinner to avoid this place and the taxi drivers rip you off. They only want to get paid in cash, and are aggressive when you want to pay with a credit card. We were also familiar with the city center as we had stayed there, and when the taxi driver took us into the city, he drove back and forth over the bridges to take the long way and charge us extra. 30 Euros to go into the city (4 miles) and then the next morning to go 0.5 miles to the airport it was 30 Euros again. It would have been easier and cheaper for us to walk to the airport from the hotel if it wasn't such a dangerous area. When our taxi driver dropped us off from dinner (one that our old hotel called for us), he asked why we were staying in such a place. Told us that it is a horrible hotel with bad people all around. He said the city should shut it down. It is much more in your best interest to stay in the city and just leave early for a flight...and it's not cheap...$200 for the night. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in anywhere in the world.

OMG OMG….lol. A 2.5 rating is considered generous. Dirty bed sheets, stains, pubic hair, showers are poorly design so when you shower it creates a small flood in the bathroom, hair drier was slightly hazardous due to the heat and where you have to hold it. There was a ramp on the main floor by the reception that had carpet blending in with the slope and you could count the number of guest that tripped, fell or stumbled while walking through it. Don’t count on the air conditioning working - it’s a special request _. The pictures on their website is probably from when the hotel first opened. I’m not sure how any ratings over 5 is accurate but it could be because there is another similar hotel with this name. Final note, if you love dust this is definitely the hotel for you! Good luck if you book here.

Safety My car was destroyed in the hotel parking in front of the main gate of the hotel. My luggage were stolen some of them was found 10 meters near to the hotel main gate. The hotel administration hasn't call the police to report the matter. The administration specially the director was very rude and hasn't took the responsibility to register the crime or vandalism act to local authorities even the car was in the hotel custody. I haven't informed by hotl administration I knew by the way when I was checking out. Also I haven't get any assistance from the hotel administration although they know I'm handicap. hotel is not safe at all.

Don’t go Just tragic . Noisy because of the trains passing by , with the rails just 30 meters behind the hotel . The rooms were a disgrace with the beds being as hard as a rock . Gust everywhere . Stuff not friendly . Wouldn’t recommend . Breakfast was not really good either.
