Just one night When we arrived we were told the studio we reserved was not available so the friendly front desk clerk upgraded our request to a deluxe room with full kitchen for free. The room was dated but adequate, quiet and clean. The kitchen was also dated but would have been nice for anyone staying long term. Breakfast is what is stated, Breakfast bars and muffins. We were aware of this and was not an issue. Plenty of dining options very close. Highly recommend the Longhorn Steakhouse for service and quality of food. Would stay again if in the area. Request a top floor, very quiet!

Very good hotel with a very weak free breakfast! Basic extended stay hotel, but the room was very nice and clean! Bed was solid, firm and comfy! However, their free breakfast was very WEAK, more like a snack (only carbs)! We stayed a couple of nights and we will definitely be back here to stay again unless we find a better free breakfast!!!

Bob Rickert This place was the worst hotel that I have EVER experienced. Rude desk attendant..actually hung up on me when I called the desk. No ice machines..no hangers..an absolutely filthy oven and microwave..no ice cube trays as promised! Never Ever stay here! You will hate it so much! There are many more places to stay! I wish that I would have read their reviews. Plus I called their corporate office shortly after checking in. Spoke to a man who promised to get back in touch within 48 hours..no response. They don't care!!! Also, not a fully equipped kitchen...no pots, pans, glasses, trash bags. And when I called the desk back..5 attempts..and he finally answered after hanging up on me...he told me to come to the desk if I wanted ice trays or hangers. He would not send them to the room! This is not service. Also, the "free breakfast" was a real joke. Once again...DO NOT STAY HERE!

Worst customer service ever I had a lady friend of mine watching the room for me while I was out. And apparently she had been DNR’d from a different extended stay. But the reason she DNR for was a false arrest where she was proven innocent and released hours later. One of the ladies came up to her at this hotel and recognized her from the previous one and tried to pretend they understood and stated that as long as she didn’t cause any trouble then it would be ok, but she instantly went down stairs and called the police. Called the police over something that she was prove. Innocent for. Clearly bad customer service. Very clearly. I recommend anyone who wants good customer service to stay away from here. I will never be back to another extended stay for ANY reason and I will make sure that everyone I Know does not go to any ever again as well.

NEVER AGAIN!!!! OMG, where do I start. My husband and I got in from Michigan around 12:30am. The person behind the counter said she didn't have any rooms left nor aware anyone was checking in. My husband made the reservation online while I was driving us there around 9pm. It was supposed to have already been paid for thru a 3rd party (which is a separate issue). My husband proceeds to say "well you shouldn't have any left, we got the last one online"! She finds the reservation, takes my ID and debit card (which is normal to have some card on file for any incidents while there). It wasn't until the next day, when I checked my bank account & saw there was a charge for the room. As I mentioned prior, the room was paid for thru a 3rd party (a $250 credit from Privileges Redemption Center, who will be next to get a horrible review for false advertisement)!!!! So we went down to the front desk, we were helped by ANISHA, who was EXCELLENT, POLITE, RESPECTFUL & COURTEOUS to us throughout the entire ordeal. She needs to be a manager or be rewarded for her superior customer service skills. Anisha made a call to the woman who checked us in because she charged us when there was a ZERO BALANCE showing on their computer. Anisha made a call to the manager, gave them our information & said someone would give us a call. Still waiting on that call. ALSO, our last night there, around 12:45-1:00AM, there was LOUD THUMPING, THINGS DROPPING, PEOPLE RUNNING in the room right above us. My husband called the front desk to ask if there was something going on, before he finished his sentence the woman said "well there are people who are moving in, they have children & things should quiet down soon"!! Ok, well my 1st thought is why would you put a family with children on the top floor instead of the ground floor? We understand about late check-ins, since we got there late. After about 30 mins of loud thumps, jumps & things dropping above us and not being able to go to sleep, we got dressed to go to the front desk. As we were on the elevator, which we didn't notice it was going up, the woman at the front desk was getting on from the 3rd floor with another man (we believe he was part of that family who was moving in). My husband went ahead & asked her if she could ask them to quiet down, we can't sleep. She proceeds to utter out of her mouth "well they're moving in" with an attitude like what do you expect them to do, not make noise?? NO, I would expect for you to NOT put a family of what SOUNDED like 25 people WITH 10 children on the TOP floor at 1AM. I would expect for you to be courteous to your guests who are there & trying to sleep. I wish I knew her name because I would love to mention it on here. As we got off the elevator, my husband said he heard them LAUGHING at us (which I didn't know that until my husband told me as I am writing this review). Had I known that bit of info, I would've addressed it right then & there in the elevator. DO NOT STAY HERE.....PLEASE!!!! KEEP YOUR MONEY & CHOOSE ANY OF THE OTHER HOTELS NEARBY.....PLEASE!!!!
