Not as advertised, Not having problems with the Hotel staff, but with the way corporate handles issues. Very thankful for almost everyone that works here. They have been very helpful, warm, and caring. This is honestly one of the nicest hotels in the area that I have stayed at. The only reason for the 2 stars is due to all the issues we have had with storing and preparing food. I am a single widowed Mom with 2 kids who just lost my Mom in September and our home the day before she passed. So my little family and I needed a place to stay until we find a new home. Our stay began in September and we are currently still staying while trying to find a home. But due to my very fixed income I can not afford anything extra right now and up until 3 days ago we had not had a properly working refrigerator for our entire stay! The management did work with us as best as possible and we finally got our issue resolved for the moment, but the issue I’m having is paying so much of my money for a decent place for Me, my children, and our support animals and not being able to store or prepare food for almost our entire stay! And the manager here has done everything she can do on her part to fix the situation, but my issue is being compensated for all the food I had to throw away! And for not being able to store food or cook for my family! The only reason I chose extended stay in the first place was for the kitchen! We have literally been completely out of food, nothing to eat! The first time I had spent $250 at the grocery the day we got here and subsequently everything in the fridge and freezer went bad! Maintenance said it was because we had too much stuff in the freezer. So then we move on to our 2nd refrigerator which was moved from an adjacent room so it was still very cold, so we put what little groceries we had and put them in, and by this time I’m broke because of having yo eat out and use way more gas to keep trying to just keep us fed. We were eating 1 meal a day for about 3 weeks! It makes you feel like the worst parent on the planet when your kids are hungry and you have nothing! So anyway I went to a food panty twice in the last 2 months and it all went bad also because the new fridge didn’t work either! We’ll it did, but not in our room! Ding ding ding, must be an electrical issue. So we finally got it all figured out and as I’m sitting here writing this I’m also wondering how to feed my kids once again. I shouldn’t have to loose hundreds of dollars in food, the emotional strain and stress of seeing my kids not have what they need, because the hotel we’re staying at has failed us. I just feel like I should be compensated for not only all the food we lost, but also for the room we’re paying more and more each time and the hotel has not been as advertised! I am currently trying to find a way to make my next payment also, because of the rates going up instead of down, Customer relations wouldn’t even pass on my info because I couldn’t tell them the exp date on my brother in laws credit card (helped us out the first night) and when I asked to talk to a manager I got disconnected. Oh and the call cost me $1 because I called out from the hotel phone instead of using my cell because due to all the food issues I haven’t been able to pay my phone bill, and it was to make a call to them! And I was still charged for that. So on the website it clearly states that the longer you stay the less you pay, and it’s everywhere. And that has not been the case for me and my family. Not only have we had to go without food, but it has put me way behind paying more and more each time. I get paid monthly and would much rather just pay that way, but was told it was better to pay weekly, I’ve had people tell me to pay and book online, many opinions on how and why my rates have gone up and how I can get them lowered. But all I know is that it clearly states on all advertisements online or otherwise that the longer you stay the less you pay. I make enough money to pay for this hotel until we can find a home, but I do not make enough for it to just be taken by some corporation that sends you on a wild goose chase to try to get help or get it resolved. Hopefully __ _ Someone, Someone in upper management preferably, can help my family and I. Thank You to all the staff who has been nothing but kind and supportive. I appreciate it! And thank you to anyone who takes the time out of your day to read this. I’m just trying to get help.‘it’s almost Christmas, we have 2 storages one for my moms stuff one for ours, no Christmas tree up yet, no money for presents, just barely enough to eat at this point. Please be considerate, as a patron of your establishment who has been making payments for over 2 months now, should be able to get help in a timely manner. It’s horrible to wake up and as soon as you crack your eyes open your brain instantly starts on an unending cycle of stress, anxiety, and a sense that your ttruly on your own! I just wish these large corporations would have better solutions for their patrons. God bless you all and have a great day. God how beautiful would it be if we all took care of each other ❤️

Great Staff stayed over 2 months highly recommended We had to stay here because we could not find a house. I took over two months. We loved the staff and the maintenance man was the best. They were all Helpful, and courteous. The place was clean, and the price was very fair. Fresh coffee every morning.

Frustrating experience! Dark, Dirty, and Broken Our first impression wasn't that good, and it only got worse from there. The hallways were so dark it was creepy. The room was the smallest room I've ever stayed in. The bathroom can fit you or the Door that swings inwards. It CAN'T fit both at the same time! floors by elevator and trash were Always sticky, even after I asked them to mopped it. for weeks it never happened. dry mud all over the carpet was also left alone for weeks. Broken glass near rear entrance never cleaned during our entire stay. there was very little concern for the property. and of course the elevator kept going out. Paid extra for more internet speed and that was a waste of money! Don't bother. At checkin we specifically informed them we had a pet. they told us don't worry about it because we pre-payed for the room. A few days later we got a note under our door saying they "discovered" we had pets and owe them extra money! when paying the pet fee, they wanted to charge additional fee PER pet. They agreed to only charge for the one pet, but after checkout they ran our credit card multiple times to charge extra for "pet damage" that we know for certain was B.S. I would never stay here again.
