Hampton Inn Jackson/Flowood (Airport Area) MS

Friend Trip 2024 This place was clean lobby , rooms , and breakfast area. The front desk teammates from check in to check out where great . I had issues with paying and they solved the problem and never got frustrated . Breakfast bar was great located in a nice area to restaurants and stores

Billing & Breakfast Issues We had several issues with the front desk and Breakfast staff at this hotel. I booked this hotel thru an App on my phone in route to hotel. . Everything was confirmed and when I checked in their were no issues. The room was ok and clean. Nothing special. We were told that breakfast was until 10am so we went down at 9:30am and the staff was cleaning up and mostly everything was gone! They had not replenished anything. We had to ask for milk for our cereal and were given some with a scowl on the staffs face like it was a real imposition! Very rude behavior! If the staff is not going to replace anything then they should inform customers that breakfast is open until 10am or until everything is gone! Not cool! So then we go to check out- and they inform me that my room was NEVER PAID for? I show them my Payment & Confirmation, but they kept telling me they did not receive it! They want me to keep my reservation open and call them later after contacting the third party on the App. I told them I was not going to leave until it was resolved cause I’m not leaving my acct open with them. They finally told me they had to redo my reservation and recharge me…. So I said fine- just get me out of here, cause I need to leave! Well they did recharge me SEVERAL TIMES! I had to contact my credit card company when I got home, cause not only did my statement show the original charge- but several new charges from them as well! So now a ONE NIGHT STAY was costing me over $500! Totally ridiculous! I don’t know what kind of scam they are trying- but don’t stay here!… Book with another hotel.

Outstanding service!! I stayed here for work. The rooms were clean and fresh. But the most wonderful part of my stay was the folks who work there. The front desk and housekeeping ladies were the most outstanding and went above and beyond. Thank you for your kindness.

Highest rating Older property but one of the cleanest Hampton Inns I have ever stayed in. Very sociable staff, very kind and congenial. Very quite rooms, new linens. Will look forward to staying at this property again. Breakfast was the normal breakfast from every Hilton property but hot and tasty.

Hampton Inn - Jackson/Flowood Impresses Yes … the pillows, in fact, are the fluffiest I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. The staff was incredibly nice. The exercise room was very clean. The breakfast was good … with enough ‘healthy’ choices. Overall, the hotel was very clean and nicely layer out. Most definitely, a pleasant stay!
