Great experience Best non-vaction hotel experience . Comfy bed, far enough off the highway that there was no traffic noise. Patio area was beautiful. Walking distance to several restaurants. I only ate breakfast at the hotel, it was good but expensive. Lots of parking. Staff was pleasant. Much more than I expected not knowing the hotel or the area, we even took walks/runs thru the nice neighborhood that surrounded the property. Only thing negative was the tiny, indoor pool with poor ventilation.

Quick stop before flying out Clean but hotel needs some updating. Front staff was friendly but seemed over worked. He was the only employee I saw working. The bar area didn’t have anyone tending it. Fine for a quick stay before flying out but not where I would spend an entire vacation.

Room badly needed updating Although the common areas of the hotel (like the lobby and hallways) looked clean and new, the room itself was very strange. The AC/heating unit didn't work right--the low "cool" setting was loud and cold and the high setting didn't work at all--the TV near the sofa was attached to the wall crooked, the sofa itself was very shabby and stained and sagged badly in the middle so that it was uncomfortable to sit on plus it seemed really dirty, the TV near the bed had different channel selections than the one by the sofa (I don't even know how that's possible), the toilet paper holder wasn't attached to the wall and both the paper and the holder flipped off the wall if you tried to use it, so we just set the toilet paper on the vanity and grabbed it from there, and there was a large round area on the room divider that looked like someone had maybe set a glass there and ruined the paint and they tried to paint over it but did a bad job so it just looked clumpy and weird. All that meant that from the doorway it looked like a nice room, but the closer you looked the more you realized it needed to be updated and renovated to be worth the price.

Skeleton Crew Stayed here four nights for a work conference. The hotel seems to be running on a skeleton crew. There was never anyone at the front desk other than when someone was checking in. The elevator wasn’t working part of the time. The signs say they will service the room after 3 nights stay. That didn’t happen. We didn’t have adequate coffee pods and when we ran out of toilet paper the fourth morning, we called down and we’re told there wasn’t anyone to bring it up. We went downstairs to get it and there was no one at the front desk. So we grabbed napkins. The air conditioner is a large in room unit and would click on and off loudly all night long. Finally the breakfast service ends at 9am. Don’t sleep in at this hotel.

More for business than family It is not in the best location for family activities, but it is a clean and comfortable hotel. The size of the room was wonderful for our family of five. It does not have a pool of any size, though, and there is no breakfast provided either.
