Airshow weekend Went for the airshow, hotel was in the perfect spot to watch from our room on the 8th floor. Room was clean, pool and common areas were very clean. Maya at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Hotel bartender Steve was great and the food was awesome. Very nice place overall!

Andrea is awesome! My experience with Andrea at the front desk was nothing less than top-notch. She listened to my concerns, thoughtfully deliberated, then implemented a creative solution that far exceeded my expectations. AND - the pillows are divine :-)

Pleasant stay Good customer service. Front desk personnel were pleasant and helped with places to go visit and also restaurants. Comfortable beds and pillows. Parking attendants were quick in getting our cars and they were very polite especially Ford August. Great stop as it was right across from the beach.

Amazing!!! Easy arrival and promptly greeted at the lobby. Checked in after 4pm but our room was not ready!! At the counter was Sem to save the day! He was able to upgrade us to a different room with an amazing beach room! We were also given drink coupons to use at the hotel restaurant! The drinks were great and also had dinner! Sem was so sweet and kind the rest of our stay that we shared some chocolates with him!! Way to go Sem!! Customer service is top notch!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent service, nice pool area, good breakfast and dinner, cosy atmosphere. A phantastic stay with the most lovely staff a hotel can have, so helpful and caring, especially Evelyn, Cylina,Shenoya at reception and Valentijn in the restaurant. Nice breakfast served by Daniele and Monica, always smiling and serviceminded. We stayed for a week and highly reommend a holiday here.
