Beautiful Location, Even Better Staff! The hotel is beautiful and the location is great. Terrence & Shanoya were AMAZING. They truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. They also remembered our names and little details about us that really made us feel like THEIR guests instead of just a room number. All of the other staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful but Terrence and Shanoya really left a lasting impression.

Sonesta Every morning, Mónica got that vibe, serving smiles with breakfast, always on time. Excellent service, she shine so bright—startin’ the day off right, yeah she’s the light. Nice location also closer to galery, Beach and restaurants……..

I loved it here!!! I will be returning! I had an amazing stay at the Sonesta Ft Lauderdale beach hotel. I was in town for my birthday weekend with friends, and ended up extending my stay an additional two days. I was greated with great service upon arrival. The front desk employee Shenoya was so friendly and greated me with a warm birthday welcome. She surprised me with a beautiful ocean front view. She gave me complimentary breakfast coupons & a few complimentary drink coupons as well. I couldnt be more grateful. The valet on site was super convenient. The valet supervisor JP was very helpful. All of the valet drivers and employees I came into contact with, were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed staying here. The location is perfect across from the beach. Amazing beach views. It was a great birthday weekend! :)

Amazing.... Amazing place ,we reserve for my husband birthday ( Shenaya and Rosa was at the front desk excellent customer service in general _recommend, the oceanview from the room beautiful, the cleanliness great, the beach was at the front of the hotel also restaurants around just need to walk to there all is close .

Another great stay This Sonesta hotel never disappoints. The location is awesome. The food and drinks are top notch. It is just a great property. But it is the people that keep me coming back. And where does that begin? How about with the man himself, Arron Teague. That cat is flat out the best ambassador any hotel could have. He is visible, is always around, and you can tell by the way he interacts with all the other employeess, that he is well respected. That man is in control. Check in was a breeze, with Rosa and Shenoya. Two ladies that not only know their jobs, but also are great at customer service. and sweet evelyn remembered me from my last trip when i saw her the next morning. These ladies know their stuff. Finally, no review would be complete without mentioning Cory at the bar. Great dude. Friendly, and does a great job. Even if i wasnt staying here, i would stop in just to hang out with Cory. There you have it. Great hotel. and great people. What more could you ask for.
