Glad to Have Stayed at Baymont Central. Convenient, clean, quiet place to have a restful week. Reasonable rates and friendly staff. Mel’s Diner is steps from hotel and their food and bar are excellent.

not quite expected Need new people with a better attitude we pay their salary, also the internet can use an upgrading ,no service for 48 hours of my 3 day stay.

Stay anywhere else. Filthy floors and dining room. Broken lamps and coffee pot in the room. They charge a $200 deposit that took over a week to be returned. Staff oblivious and always on their phones.

Baymount central Rude staff, disgusting facility the room had a nasty musty smell to it. The outside noise was annoying

not honored late flight arrival after 2am told check in is after 3pm come back after 3pm therefore my reservation was not honored had to find somewhere else to stay
