Good place for the Price The owners of this property are very nice and accommodating. I've stayed here twice for work and enjoyed my stay. It is nothing flashy, but the beds were comfortable enough and the room was clean. I would recommend if you are looking for a affordable place to stay close to the beach. Its right across from a nice park.

Worst Hotel Stay Ever! It was great at first. Then we were approached by the "manager" three days before we were supposed check out. He told us that we had to check out the next day but that he would approve a refund for the final two nights we were supposed to stay there with the company we booked our stay with as well as that we would get our deposit back. His reasons for us having to check out were as follows: there was blood on one of the pillow cases and that was because my mother hit her nose on the shelf attached to the wall in between the beds. The shelf basically comes up right next to the edge of the bed, way too close. He also stated that one of our service dogs "pissed" , that was his exact word, and that because of that he would have to steam clean the carpets. That doesn't add up to me. He approached us outside while housekeeping was in our room and other guests were around and able to hear. He was very unprofessional in both his wording and tone of voice as well as approaching us outside like he did.

Horrible Please read all reviews and don't waste ur time or money on this old smelly bug infestated place. The pep are so rude and they are the owners. You are not allowed visitors so if ut family or friends live here and happen to stop by hotel yo visit they will without ur knowledge charge ur cc an additional fifty dollars a person . Extorionist at your finest. They also make u pay some penilties if u book on line for a cheaper rate . Don't bother they charge you when u come in some made up charge so u will be paying even more then the rate . So obviously these pep are thiefs and will take ur money anyway they can. Don't expect any deposit back even if the room is cleaner then it was when u arrived they will make up some reason to keep it. They obviously do not invest any of that money back into the hotel because everything is so outdated and gross and smelly. I couldn't even take off my shoes the rugs was so gross. I'm not sure how they do in there country but in USA we appreciate it when pep spend there hard earned money in our business and try to accommodate date them the best we can. Not this place rude rude rude ! The beds are hard the curtains and the bedspreads are so old ugly and uncomfortable. The pillows well I couldn't even lay my head on . The bathroom is so gross the refrigerator was barely cold at all. The microwave was some kind of weird yellow color looked like from seventiea. The plus smelled of mold . It was just a horrible experience and I will never be back there. I hope they demolish this building and the pep go back to where ever they came from .don't waste ur hard earned money pleae

Disgusting and overpriced hooker motel One of the poorest experiences I've had in a motel. Absolutely don't recommend. The top to bottom experience: arrived to an extremely rude hotel manager greeting me with ire because I had booked on hotels.com as opposed to booking at the much high prices via the lobby. He insisted it was preferred if I book through him because then he could "play with the prices" much more ably if I directly booked. Preferred a cash deposit as opposed to creating a hold for incidentals which I found peculiar. When I handed him the cash for the deposit I was visibly frustrated since just placing a hold on my card is what I'm most used to and I explained that this was an arbitrary gesture at best since it was only 50 dollars he was asking for. He didn't like that. He physically crumpled and threw my money to the side in front of other guests and then went on to make me wait for two other guests to check in before he proceeded to lecture me about how he could refuse service at any time and that I should be grateful he was allowing me to stay at this motel. He then placed me in a room that was next to a room that a had an open door and industrial fan running to "air out pet issues". What the room has - a bed, a small volume locked TV, a shoddy, nearly useless unsecured and open WiFi network shared by all including the office. No coffee maker, there was a broken fridge and microwave that didn't rotate. The freezer in the fridge was a solid block of ice that never thawed completely but did leave a chemical smell and wet puddle at the base of the fridge. Coffee is provided in the lobby. One pot of coffee - exactly one, brewed by this same manager. A barista he ain't, I'll say that. No laundry facility. No maids, just the angry manager and his little buddy cleaning rooms. No sense of guest service, customer appreciation, anything. Dude could actually care less if you book a room or not, he's clearly there for the bad pay and free rent. Never saw any other employees. But I did see constant drug deals, sex worker solicitation and cops on multiple occasions including a stolen vehicle being towed of there in the early morning hours. I stayed 9 days while waiting for my apartment lease to begin and it was an absolute nightmare of an experience. Filthy grounds, filthy rooms, drugs, crime, and a tyrannical manager with a clear chip on his shoulder. I wouldn't wish this dump on my worst enemy. Stay far away. Oh and it's COMPLETELY overpriced for what it provides. I checked into the Tru Hilton (my original intention but they were booked solid when I got into town hence the 9 days at this pathetic shanty town of a motel) for a very comparable rate right after and the experience was night and day, just a perfect example of what a hotel stay should be as opposed to this Dharavi slum crap hole. I assure you even if you are sliding in town for a stay while you work DONT DO IT. If you knew me, you'd thank me, that I promise. Ranking - 0 out 1,000,000. Stay away.

Over A Fair Overnight Stay When you first open the door, there is a musty smell and worse when you turn on the AC. The curtains could be replaced and thicker pillows would be nice! The water pressure in the shower was great! The bed was too hard for me. The refrigerator also had a slight smell to it. I could not stay here again because of the bed. Perhaps they should invest in something softer for those with a bad back or cannot tolerate such a hard surface to sleep on comfortably. They also have you pay a $50 returnable damage deposit. when checking in. Dogs are allowed for an extra $20 per night. I suggest they air the rooms out during the day if they are empty or kept open while cleaning. I did not see any sort of insects in the room.
