Very Poor I checked in and was assigned a 2nd floor room after much fumbling around by the person at the front desk. I was NOT, however, told the elevator was inoperative and I needed to haul my baggage up the stairs. I asked the front desk person for a 1st floor room and there was a lot more fumbling around. I got frustrated, I've got cardiac issues, and didn't want to haul my stuff up stairs and didn't feel like explaining it all to the guy at the front desk. I checked out and insisted they provide a receipt that reflected I didn't actually stay with them and requested a refund (they had ALREADY billed my credit card). Stay someplace else.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE! DONT BOOK Look for another hotel even if it’s a longer drive! It’s not worth the risk of staying here. There are all kinds of security issues with the late night wanderers coming in and out of this place after hours. The rooms are filthy and so is the lobby. If you voice a concern the staff will take pleasure in treating you rudely and talking down to you. Especially Christian at the front desk, he was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, and he was backed up by even less hospitable manager James. DO NOT STAY HERE!! FIND ANOTHER PLACE!!

Hotel? More like a motel!!!! Oh where to begin? The hotel is the dingeous hotel I have ever stayed in. Almost every wall in the hotel has stains on it. The desk staff is so rude and obnoxious! Our room had dirty socks behind the dresser and in the sofa bed. The carpet was disgusting. The shower looked nice until turned it on. Not one outlet worked so I had to go to my car to plug in my phone. Had to go to the desk to get sheets for sofa bed. Room was warm so tried to turn on the AC and it didn’t cool down very much. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the day. Pool was as cold as ice. BREAKFAST WAS A JOKE! Nothing is filled, no milk, no cups, gravy was cold, biscuits were rock hard. Eggs were cold, sausages microwaved and cold in middle. If you get in line for waffle maker that was only good thing about breakfast. Housekeeping didn’t freshen up our room for a 2day stay at all. Elevator in hotel looks like so dingy. Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS CRAP HOLE…. Hilton Garden Inn right across the street!!! Anytime you asked the desk for anything they don’t have it, don’t know where it is, or it was construction workers fault. Asked for a late check out and the RUDE desk clerk busted out this sheet of paper and just pointed to “no late check outs” paragraph instead of just explaining “I’m sorry I can’t do that” Well then what is the point of being a rewards member cuz that’s part of rewards benefits. AGAIN NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND HEADACHES… DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY!

Bad policy This facility does not allow any local residents within 15 miles of the hotel to reserve any rooms. My granddaughter made reservations through the national reservation system and was not told about the "owners" policy. This was a planned birthday for a 1 year old. Because I booked through booking.com I was informed by booking.com of this policy. I had the make the reservations. Then we were notified the pool would not be available and I was given the opportunity to cancel the reservation - which I did. I'm not sure the owner's policy is even legal. Desk personnel said policy has been in effect for 3 years. The lack of communication is bad. The whole reason for the reservation was because the hotel was close to my granddaughter. Can't believe Comfort flag allow this.

Their happiness is more important than mine or yours! Where to start. The refrigerator froze my drinks, fruit and vegetables. The TV is 28 or 32 inches...like staying in a super 8. The employees park in the spots reserved for diamond, gold etc.. members...or they park along the entry to the hotel,,,not a parking spot. I watched 2 elderly couples have to walk an additional 15-20 yards in cold weather because of this. The worst...and I know this is hard to believe...3 times in 4 days I complained because the heater/ac unit was malfunctioning. The thermostat wasn't working so if it was on heat..it heated past 80 deg. If it was on cool...it would cool past 62 deg. no matter what temp the thermostat was set on...WITHOUT STOPPING! I'm a diamond member staying in hotels 43+ weeks per year and know how to operate these units. All 3 times, they said they would have maintenance look at it which never happened. I told them I have to get up every 2 hours to heat the room back to 72 before it gets cold again. Last night, it was 62 in the room when I woke up. I told the staff that this morning and she just laughed.
