False advertising The first person was nice and kind full. They mad me give a $100 CASH deposit. Which it does not Stat that anywhere on the site. There was no breakfast like it was stated on the site. Just coffee. The hall way has really bad odor. The elevator was down. By the way it seems to be down for a long period of time with no intention to getting it fixed. What if an person with an handicap booked a room and yall not informed them of that. The room was filthy it had a dead roach in the corner. The bathroom was not clean. It had soap suds in the tub like someone has already used it. When I checked out I had to wait for inspection. When asked about room service. She informed me that they do room service once a week. When I told her about the room situation she then told me that it was suppose to be clean. It's no way that a room can be inspected plus clean with us walking into a situation like that. False advertising no good service.

Wrong procedures The staff was not accommodating, I booked for 7 nights 8 days and the general manager told me I only pay for 6 nights 7 days. Before I checked in Marie was basically telling me they did not have a double bed open all they had was a single bed with a damn chair. Who wants to sleep in a chair? They did not tell me that they only charged me for 6 nights 7 days, nor did they mention that they never charge for 7nights and 8 days, she told me it was company policy but if it was company policy how come I was never charged or TOLD ABOUT at initial payment?

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! ROACH MOTEL!! We stayed here a few months ago. If you love roaches, this is the place for you! The staff takes NO ACCOUNTABILITY and they feel we shouldn't complain. Terrible stay. Terrible place!! BEWARE! Never again!

THE NASTIEST HOTEL IVE EVER SEEN I drove into town and arrived to the hotel. The desk clerk would not let me check in so I had to wait in my car for an hour after a 12 hour drive. Once i was able to check in, I took a shower and immediately notice the bathroom was dirty and hair was everywhere. I decided to sleep and say something to the desk clerk in the morning. Once I woke up I observed the sheets had a large brown stain on the sheets EITHER FECIES OR MENSTRAL BLOOD. I went to the manager and she was very rude. She basically called me a liar and said i did it. I check out of my room and went to a different hotel. DONT EVER STAY AT THIS PLACE.

Disappointing all the way around WARNING TO ALL WHO BOOK THROUGH A CORPORATE ACCOUNT: I was forced to leave two days early as the company I work for, and used to book the room under their corporate account/ rate, relocated me sooner than excepted. I went to the desk and informed them of the situation, the fact that I booked the room through a cooperate account of a company who is known to do this, and inquire about a refund for the two days I would not be staying. I was then told not only would I not get any refund but checking out two days early meant I had a new bill of 40 something dollars. the front desk person stated it was because if you check out early they re-calculate your daily rate without the cooperate discount and apply that completely unrevealed, in my case, daily rate to your stay. How stupid and a fine print way to not refund days even with 24 hours notice. I wasn't stupid enough to pay the 40 something bill. I just said never mind, moved out, and paid for air to stay in the room for to days. Beyond that the room was not at all clean at check in which forced me to scrub it down before being able to do things like use the bathroom or shower. The staff was generally unhelpful and appeared to have not issue with the parking lot being full of drunk and loud worker crews who were also staying at there. This was true regardless of the time of night. More then once I found myself avoiding broken beer bottles trying to get in and out of the parking lot which were there as as result of the lot party the night before. First time I've left a review. Avoid this Extended Stay. Better ones are close by.
