NEED CLEANED Pros - The staff was friendly and the location was great. It was located right by target and several food places. If the whole place got a really good deep clean, rooms halls elevator, I would stay again. The room was a great size. I had a desk, bed, kitchen table, and kitchenette. It was still spacious not cramped at all. Cons - It was not clean, walls looked like they had been patched several times, walls were dirty with drips and streaks, microwave was missing turn table and had food build up on door, oven had food build up, refrigerator was dirty door was stuck closed, no dishes or utensils, bathroom towels had hairs on them, bathtub had pubic hair on it, kitchen table and one wall had cigarette burns, bed linens looked clean but all I got was a sheet and the top "blanket" was just a different style sheet it was very thin I froze the first night asked for a blanket the next night waited almost an hour for it it was freshly washed and fleece but not very thick. The elevator and hallways were also dirty and smelled. Front desk area looked nice.

Not As Advertised On a 3 month contract. When looking at this property, was told room would be cleaned and linen changed once a week - not happening. Room was dirty when moving in. Broken and missing lightbulbs, toilet seat barely on, no shower curtain and no towel rack. Missing knobs from stove, kitchen sink that drips, moldy caulk around bathtub, toilet runs on, unusable ironing pad and inside refrigerator door not clean. Website and in room advertising states full complimentary flatware, dishes, bowls, etc, available from front desk - not! Staff states haven’t had most of the kitchen supplies for years. Dripping sink been that way for years, I’m lucky to have 4 lamps (only 2 work). Cockroaches in the room. Staff states they don’t normally change linen and vacuum/sweep, clean counters because most tenants don’t want it.

WIFI is a “four walls and bait and switch wifi upgrade” The hotel was affordable and clean, however, their WiFi is slow and a TOTAL WASTE of time. This is a rip off its too slow to do anything even email may not work. If you PAY UP SUCKER then it will work ok not good but you can get what you would think a normal Free WiFI would give you. So to say free WiFi is a lie. Do not stay at this place if you can find a Motel 6 or something as most of the free WiFi will be much better.

5 stars for a reason! This is exactly what was advertised online! and then some! not to mention how amazing the staff is after a horrible experience at the extended stay city-view location 2 minutes down the street and canceling my reservation there and moving over to this location (2 min down the street) rooms look like the pictures online and i can not express how helpful the staff is! Employees of the month need to be Joe & Joshua they went above and beyond for any questions concerns or requests i made and made every one of them happen not to mention doing it with a smile and a respectful friendly attitude!

COVID or Cutting Corners? I want to be fair, because I understand that some things are out of the hotel's control with the COVID19 restrictions in place. That is the reason I'm rating three stars instead of two. The pool and exercise room are closed. There is no breakfast or even coffee bar. The positives are the price, location, friendly staff, kitchen, and large room with a comfortable bed. The television is analog so you're not going to be able to get Netflix, and the internet is slow as molasses. The closet had no hangers. The towels were clean, but looked quite worn. There was no shower curtain, so I took baths while I was there. A small container of shampoo was provided, but not conditioner or lotion. The decor is very dated. One of my lamps was missing a light bulb. The room was clean but I noticed a few spots on the carpet. Would I stay there again? Probably not, but at the same time it wasn't that bad either. If you just need a place to crash for a night or two, it's acceptable.
