Could be better Small sandy beach, small sea swimming area, from early morning the swimming area in the sea is surrounded by boats and jet skis, because of this the water and air are dirty because of the fuel and its smell. The food seemed to be varied, but we didn’t like it and weren’t impressed. The hotel is still undergoing repairs after the hurricane, the floors in the hallway are covered in lime, some of the stairs are blocked.

Good for a one time Visit The rooms were good but bathtubs and showers show signs of being old. Parking your car cost 70 pesos per night. We only had room service on some snacks and the chips were stale. Has a very small beach area that is clean and enjoyable. The pools are very nice. No wash cloths, so if from the U.S. make sure you bring something to wash yourself, something other than your hand. The refrigerator in the room is locked so I don't really understand how you are to use it, but they come daily and unlock it and count everything to see if you are eating or drinking from it. Weird! Nice but out of the way and don't know if I will return to Acapulco. I think Cancun is better.

not a safe or secure place The property is OK lost walking a lot of steps, but the worst part was we stayed in the master suite which is on the floor 8. Everything was fine until housekeeping, or maintenance stole our property. Versace perfume for my wife. We talk to the front desk, security and people on charge and basically they did nothing. They trying to play the game of security cameras do not see anything or they were not working they do not offer anything and pretty much they treat us like we were lying is no reason for us spending all that money in at this hotel we came with our family so we rent about five rooms times three days so we spend a lot of money here and there's no reason for us to be making this up. They said they didn't see anybody walking out of the hotel room with my wife's perfume obviousl they're not gonna walk with that on their hands again we don't care about the perfume. It's just that Hotel did nothing about this whole situation and trying to make us like we were making this up. I would never go back over there if you go to this place, either put all your values in the safety box, which probably will not make any difference because they have a master code to open it

Very outdated The hotel is very outdated! Our room was very big and had a nice balcony but everything felt very worn out and outdated. When we were there one of the restaurants was under construction which was noisy to listen to during the day by the beach. That left only one other onsite restaurant which the food was just ok. It closes very early so we only ate breakfast there and never went to dinner there. We mostly ate at restaurants offsite. The private beach area is very small and rocky. It’s nice to layout in the sun there but we did not swim. We mostly spent our time by the pools. Having three different pools to pick from was nice. There were plenty of lunge chairs. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is a long drive from the main road (about 10 minutes) to get to the hotel. Overall we likely won’t stay here again.
