Happy Traveler It was a really nice hotel except for one incident where there was a mix-up. There was someone who came into the room. I would book this hotel in the future. I had neighbors on one side that did make some noise at night. If I had one complaint and that there was no breakfast in the morning. The lady who checked me in was truly nice to me.

I wouldn’t stay here ever again House keeping just came to my room. As you can see in attached photo of the towel that I used to wipe a spot off the floor, this place is suuuuper clean. They didn’t clean toilet and the shower looks great. Said no one ever. Hotel staff has about 2000 rules but they don’t enforce no grilling next to the room. Grill is outside by the bottom of the stairway right now. The housekeeping is a joke. They have a sign asking you for leave them tips. My room has the beds made, trash empty, they didn’t even replace the towels. The customer service here is also pretty below average. Most of the guests have been more helpful to me than staff. I’m literally going to check out of here and stay at a different Red Room Inn that is out of my way. i just can’t justify giving this staff anymore of my business. I honestly wouldn’t complain if the room they insisted on cleaning was actually clean. _. No thanks. 0 stars. __

Simple and clean For what it is - a motel - it's excellent. The location is very convenient to the Mass Pike, Rt. 95, 9, and 30 (although at times it can take a while to get off the property because it's literally right on Rt.30). Dunkin and a gas station are right next door, several restaurants (and a dispensery LOL) are within a minute's walk, "everything" else is less than 5 minutes away. And at the price, it's the only place I can afford for a longer stay (12 nights). It's perfect for longer stays, because rooms are only cleaned twice a week, unless you request it more frequently, so you're left alone most of the time. Ahead of our arrival, I had a couple of questions and they were answered quickly and nicely. We arrived after midnight, but the clerk at check in was very friendly, took time to explain/answer questions, greeted us with bottles of water. I love having your car parked right outside your room and having your own entrance, so that's very much a matter of preference. We had requested a room on the first floor for that reason, but you can also stay on the second floor if you have safety concerns. The room was very simple and on the small side. It had everything we needed but no luxury. I would recommend upgrading your room if you like the convenience of a mini fridge (bigger than in regular hotel rooms). The photos on their website are definitely glamour shots. They don't lie, but they embellish. You can definitely tell the hotel is older, or was always fequented heavily, the overall feeling in the room was "aged". We didn't care about that, but it was noticable. We did care about cleanliness and had no complaints there. One thing that is odd at this property, whenever you call maintenance (our shower dripped) they ask you not to be in the room. The technician will not come if you're "home", neither will housekeeping. The staff at the front desk was always nice, housekeeping staff not so much. Some can't be bothered to say "Good Morning" or look you in the eye. Since we stayed 12 nights, we could tell the property is very popular, both for one night and for longer, although the low price can attract some guests that made me lock our room with both locks at night. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it - but you have to lower your expectations if you're used to staying and 3-5 star properties. The RedRoof is clean and simple and very convenient, and a great vaslue for the proce - but it's not the Ritz.

Eh… I’ve stayed at better places, I’ve stayed at worse. Pros: fair price. Decent parking. Fridge, microwave, and safe in room. Clean. Good service. We were right near the main road, and the room stayed pretty quiet. Cons: the toilet is extremely noisy when flushing (fun if you get up in the middle of the night). The sink, just outside the enclosed toilet/shower, is very high. Not great if you’re short or have kids. They only give you one room key. I suppose asking for a second one is possible (we signed in as two guests). The vent fan in the toilet/shower room wasn’t working (at least no noise was made), and no on/off switch was seen. Overall, not bad for the price. For $30-40/night, I’d stay at a better hotel next time.

Tired Motel, pretty on the outside, worn on the inside The best part of our stay was that our. door opened to the outside and we could park right in front of our room. If you stay here, check your room thoroughly before you carry everything in. Our first room was not clean and had a cat odor. We moved to a different room which was cleaner. It appears they have done some remodeling, though the mattress was pretty worn out and you could hear the springs creaking every time you sat down. AC worked good. The toilet was the loudest flushing toilet I have ever heard in my entire life. We stayed 6 days and had maid service one time when we finally asked for it. Be sure to ask them to remove the safe charge when you leave. Towels are small and thin, about what you would expect for this chain. They have a lot invested in pretty landscaping. Dunkin Donuts is right next door.
