Hates fur babies I can’t believe I’m writing this review but if you have further babies I would not stay here. They wanted to charge me a 35$ pet fee that was nev to disclosed on a 60$ a night booking. Absolute insanity. Nancy the manager was rude and refused my refund and almost impressive in how dedicated she was to not providing customer service

Nasty. Just nasty! Sleep in your car Place doesn’t look like photos on website. The word “run down” does not begin to describe this place. The only hot food on breakfast buffet was hard boiled egg. Cereal, toast and yogurt are your choices. Jelly and cream cheese are in community containers. AC in room wouldn’t cool, mold against wall under toilet valve, roaches in dresser drawers, buckets in hallway to catch rain water, stains on hallway carpet from I’m sure the multiple crime scenes that have occurred there. I would never stay here again. Front staff is useless and they do NOT clean the rooms. Sleep in your car.

Dirty hotel The hallway was dirty and the carpet was stained. The light over the sink did NOT work. The lamp they had by the sink didn't give enough light to see well. The shower curtain was installed wrong which let water run out on the floor when I showered. I couldn't get my phone or laptop to connect to the internet. The pool was closed and it was the first week in July. The television remote did not have batteries.

Avoid It smelled like cat litter in all the common areas, the room was very dirty, nothing like in the pictures. Again don’t stay here if you can avoid it. Oh also there was an ant infestation in the room…

CHECK YOUR ROOM THOROUGHLY!!!! Stayed here last weekend and it was an awful experience, we got checked into the room and got unpacked, I pulled the bedding off and noticed there were a few sugar ants roaming around, pulled up the mattress and saw at least 20-30 sugar ants roaming around between the box spring and mattress, brought this concern up with the employee on shift and he asked if I wanted some insect spray, to which he handed me a half filled bottle of RAID and said they had no vacant rooms. I went up to kill the rest of the ants and brought the bottle back to him and proceeded to ask for a manager to see about a discount off of the 180$ room, he said there was not a manager available but that there might be one in the morning. Around 15 minutes later there was knock on my door and he said we were transferring rooms, our new room had one king bed compared to our two queens, which would have been fine, if the pull out bed wasn't attached by half the needed springs and a phone charging cord making the pull out bed a health risk if one of those springs snapped from the weight of someone on it. All in all a horrible experience.
