Great Place to Stay I actually had to stay a month here & it was prior to the dates it was allowed me to choose. I stayed there April 2022. I would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend to family & friends. They allow pets, the have poop bag stations, plenty of room to walk your pet, very nice staff, great continental breakfast & clean rooms.

Most unprofessional management and extremely dirty hotel I don't understand how this hotel has as high a rating as it does - it's terrible... the best thing about it was leaving the car park for another hotel! The A/C Unit was leaking and pumping water out over the laminate floor and had been for a while, noting how buckled and lumpy the floor was. It had reached the end of the first bed! The manager's response was "put an ice bucket under it". Pillows and sheets were stained with blood, sweat, other bodily fluids and pubic hairs on the sheets... the manager's response to that was to FLICK them off in front of us and say 'done'. Very cramped rooms, old and tired hotel. No lift, very noisy corridors and feels like an unsafe area. Only positive was the manager offered an on the spot refund... Would NEVER stay again.

Owner's don't understand Hospitality! This hotel will only take 1 pet even though the Red Roof site allowed me to book and pay after I disclosed I had 2 pets. Upon arrival they told us we can cancel and they would rent the room to someone else! We explained the website let us book then they asked for additional 25$ for the second pet, we paid because it was 9PM. Our Deluxe King room (the most expensive room) had no fridge again the website showed as included. When I asked why we did not have one they said it is $20 to 30$ additional for a room with fridge. In the morning I was stopped at the hallway enterance for taking breakfast to my room and told that is not allowed we have a sign posted! Word to the wise.... this is suposed to be the hospitality industry. The franchise allows them to make rules that differ from the corporate marketing.

Great Stop for the Price! Stopped here on our trip home from the south. The motel was clean and appeared freshly painted. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom appeared to be recently modernized. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They recommended the nearby family Mexican restaurant for dinner and it was spot on, unpretentious with great food and service. Definitely a winner of a stop along the way.

Our Son's Wedding Our son got married on Friday, August 13th in Bowling Green. They didn't realize the weekend they was getting married was Western KY Master Plan Move In Weekend, a motorcycle rally, and classic car show so all the hotels was booked. Made our reservations a month in advance. I like that it's only 17 miles away and about 45 minutes from Nashville, TN. The location is very quiet considering it's near I-65. The room was very roomy and comfortable. Normally don't sleep too good the first night: slept like a baby!!! Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows!!! Staff was very nice. They do have breakfast but I don't know what it consists of: was too busy preparing for the wedding. Not too far from restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Can't wait to go back and stay; this time will get to relax and enjoy the scenery.
