Wonderful, warm place to stay I had a really pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. The warm food served in the morning and evening was also excellent, though the Continental Breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Location wise, the hotel was close enough to the interstate to be conveniently accessible but far enough away to feel secure and have some nature and space around it. Even so, there were a Walgreen’s, a Starbucks, and a couple of restaurants within walking distance of the property. Highly recommended.

A good night's rest A quiet hotel in a nice, accessible neighborhood between Franklin and Brentwood. Crisp, fresh, clean, ample parking and very friendly staff. A one-man band entertaining during the early evening hours and the restaurant offers a breakfast buffet with continental and cook-to options at reasonable prices.

Unprofessional rude management I've been a loyal life time diamond Hilton customer for many years and stay at many Hilton properties several nights every month. I thought I'd stay at this property since I haven't for a while on my monthly 3 night business visit to the Franklin area. Upon checking out this morning, I had asked for a copy of my my receipt and noticed that I wasn't given my full daily credit of $10 per person or $20 for two guest per day. My breakfast was $15 and I left the server a $3 tip on the first morning and $4 for the next 2 morning. I was told that the tip isn't part of the daily credit at this property. I stay at several Garden Inns including locations in GA, TN, NC, and FL on a monthly basis and they have always honered the full $10 per day per guest including the tip if you wish to use it. The GM (Zeek Gallahan) refused to include my credit telling me they have different rules here and don't include the tip as part of your daily credit. He had a terrible and rude negative attitude about it. I then asked him to take the tip charge off my bill so I could give the server Jenn a cash tip instead. He refused to even do that and told me that I put it on my room charge and it would stay on my room charge. He even told me to never come back to his property very loudly as other customers could hear him even though I had no intentions of ever doing so. I find it hard to believe that Hilton has a so called GM like this representing them. I will never ever return back to this Hilton Garden Inn. All Hilton Garden Inns should be in the same page especially with the $10 per day credit given Diamond members.

Everything I look for in this type hotel Lots to like about this hotel. Quiet, clean, as secluded as you can be in a major city, centrally located, easy access near I-65. Good restaurants nearby. The breakfast and breakfast crew were exceptional. Check in and out were flawless. Room was large and comfortable. Will stay here again, I'm sure.

Owens, Hollins, Abrams Family Reunion July 18-21, 2024 The Hilton Garden Inn, Nashville/Franklin/Cool Springs was the host hotel for our family reunion event. The hotel provided a wonderful experience and the staff was amazing. It was a pleasure working with Tyra (sales and event coordinator), who was very professional and attentive to the needs of the family. The entire front desk staff (Autumn, Katie, Amy and others) really took the time to make the family comfortable and assist with any hotel issues. Housekeeping played a vital role in the success of our reunion as they were timely and courteous as they maintained the rooms. The family was impressed with the breakfast personnel and their complete attention to detail with the increased number of patrons. A real big shout out to the Head Chef for his tireless efforts with providing the banquet menu and other duties as assigned. He really made our banquet an enjoyable event. As a family, we highly recommend this hotel for all of your travel needs.
