STAY AWAY! Beyond disappointed in this hotel, particularly in light that we are still in a pandemic! Was led to believe from a Sheraton website that face masks were required in common areas only to find that the staff and majority of guests were unmasked. When this was brought up to the front desk person, was told that if one is vaccinated, masks are not required. I get that, but how do you know who is or isn’t vaccinated? No answer - just a vacant stare. Did not feel safe or valued in this place. Room was dark and bathroom was cramped and dated. Tub stopper came off in my hand, toilet seat shifted, and lighting was terrible. The only positive thing I can say is that the bed was comfortable. Checked out after one night, finding superior accommodations and much better value (and masked staff) practically next door at the Hampton Inn. Will NEVER stay in a Sheraton again.

Worst hotel experience ever! COVID superspreader event at this hotel Worst experience ever! I was scheduled to stay 3 nights and left after 1 and stayed next door at the Hilton which was cheaper and a thousand times nicer. Primary reason I left is because there is a total absence of COVID protocols and safety. None of staff or housekeeping wore masks and they had a huge gathering of Hasidic Jews staying at the hotel (who are known for not getting vaccinated). This group had booked about a hundred rooms and they completely took over the lobby and hallways of every floor. It was chaotic and loud with children running everywhere at all hours of the day and night. I felt totally unsafe surrounded by hundreds of unvaccinated children and adults in no masks with the Delta variant spiking across the country. Even when I specifically asked staff to not allow housekeeping in our room (they leave the doors open to rooms as they clean without masks) they came and cleaned anyway since they have no door signs to tell them otherwise. When I complained to staff the front desk woman was so dismissive and said, "well, i told them not to." Along with unfriendly customer service, the room itself was shabby and gross. Bathroom was a tiny box with the door in my lap when sitting on the toilet. Old fixtures, paper thin walls, bathtub didn't drain. I will never stay at a Sheraton again.

When we require about Deficienciesat the front desk we were told , “ this is the Sheridan way.“ Definitely not worth the money.

Eh. Pick another Expensive for what it was. We stayed for a wedding because it was across the street from the venue. The breakfast is basically a free continental anywhere else but $15 here. The rooms are small and the bathrooms are smaller. There were water stains in the bathroom. Everything was just old and it was disappointing for the price we paid. Would not stay again.
