Looks good at first BUT.. nope 2 rooms, us & elderly disabled parents. Parents moved to first floor from 2nd for accessibility. The room on 1st floor had curtain issues, large black spot in middle of carpet and the house phone was not plugged in. Mom asked to be put in different room, was told full house. I looked on booking.com and there were 13 rooms available! She was told maintenance left for the night and nothing they could do for her. She spoke with the manager and he blew her off. 2nd floor outside elevator is hole in floor covered by carpet (fall hazard or twist ankle) and our tub/shower didn’t drain or plug properly. Ridiculous. We canceled our future booking with this place and cannot recommend.

Disappointing Stay – Definitely Not Worth the 3-Star Rating Our stay at this hotel was quite a nightmare. We booked two suites hoping for comfort and a pleasant experience, but unfortunately, the reality was far from it. From the moment we walked in, both rooms were boiling hot and musty. Thankfully, the temperature cooled down after a while, but the initial discomfort set the tone. Despite having a check-out time of 12 p.m., they kindly extended it to 12:30 p.m. at no charge, which was a small silver lining. The issues continued when we tried to use the TV, only to find there was a wiring problem. The only way to watch anything was to have maintenance come in and out of our room, which, given how exhausted we were, didn’t seem worth the trouble. Instead, we just used our phones. My husband eventually fixed the disconnected cables himself because it seemed easier than waiting for maintenance. The Wi-Fi was abysmal, with a speed of only 5 Mbps, while our cell phones had faster speeds at 50 Mbps. There’s no business center either, just an outdated computer from 2005 that is more decorative than functional. The gym? It consists of only two items, which hardly qualifies as a gym. To top it off, we found a bug in one of the pillows when we first came in, which was incredibly off-putting. The rooms were dirty and had a musty smell, definitely not up to standard. The tissue boxes were broken, and the layout of the TV is baffling—stuck on a side wall, away from both the bed and the couch, with no extension arm to adjust the angle. As if things couldn’t get worse, the fridge barely got cold, and the light in the room went out randomly. My husband eventually figured out it was an outlet issue, leaving us without a working nightstand light. The few positives: The rooms are spacious, the blackout curtains work well, and the front desk staff and maintenance crew were very kind and helpful. The location is also convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. Plus, the fresh cookies at the front desk were a nice touch. However, none of these redeeming qualities were enough to outweigh the discomfort and frustration of our stay. I have no idea how this place managed to get a 3-star rating. We passed up other hotels because of the reviews, but now we feel misled. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Find something nicer. This isn’t it. We were surprised to see a 4/5 score on TripAdvisor given the condition of the property. The common area furniture is stained. The floors (esp carpeted areas) are dirty. The walls in the hallways and rooms are pretty beat up. The outside sitting area had a few beat up benches and litter everywhere…. The rooms are dingy. The TV didn’t work and we needed to have someone come and “fix” it. It reads like a $69 a night motel, but the prices are nearly double that. When we checked in the woman at the desk tried to charge us a $5 “incidental fee.” We had prepaid through Capital One and it was supposed to be fully paid. Fortunately that was reversed. But a $5 fee for “incidentals” doesn’t make sense when there’s nothing incidental to be had. I would not come back here.

Bugs in room.. Hotel is in a great location across from mall and restaurants. Roaches in room. Needs renovating.. Stains on carpet and management didn’t care. They did give a discount but wasn’t happy about it. I don’t have anything else to say but it’s making me write 200 characters.

Poor Customer service Will not book with anyChoice hotels again. Booked through website to avoid third party; and was redirected without notification. Charged nearly double the amount. Spoke with customer service and got the ring around and will not issue refund. Now being charged for the same stay twice, through them and their third party affiliate. Very disappointed in customer service. Especially not fair since I was trying to go through them and not their third party.
