Ok for one night but bring everything you need if you plan on cooking anything. Room was adequate, kitchen looked nice until I opened the cupboard and realized there was nothing, no cups no silverware, no pans…empty cupboards. I checked in with the office and they said they were all out of kitchen kits. She managed to get a tea pot a toaster one mug and one glass for the two of us. I had brought breakfast and dinner to cook since I have food allergies. Shower in the morning was chilly not quit lukewarm but not freezing. For as much as we paid for a night this was disappointing. The good was they are dog friendly!

Finesse Fest I’m writing this review in hopes that this will reach whoever it needs to so changes that are needed will be presented to the families that choose Extended Stay. Myself, my wife, our 14 year old son and 18 month old twins stayed at the Extended Stay north Fresno location April 15 2024 to May 20 2024. I will say I do appreciate not having to sleep outdoors. However, for the amount of money spent to stay here the House keeping staff seriously needs to do a better job with sanitizing the units thoroughly. The carpet In our room and kitchen floor were ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. I literally hand washed the kitchen floor 5 times with hot water soap and bleach yet it made no difference. The only reason we even realized there was a problem is because our babies feet, hands and socks kept getting very dirty to a point to where we had to investigate. We had to throw stained socks and sweats away because the washers there doesn’t get the job done. Not to mention, we had to spend way more money than what we should have just to dry our clothes. A few baby blankets actually melted just a little on some of the corners. Also the office staff is very stingy with supplies, like toilet paper and bags so make sure you bring plenty of your own, they say those things come with the room and they’re more than happy to give it out but don’t believe the hype your basically paying $500.00 a week just to be indoors everything they say they offer is not real except the coffee in the a.m sometimes that’s a sham. It beats living with rats and roaches, but just be prepared for everything else.

Sketchy Lodging Not on my list of places to go back to. Funky smell in my room, noisy guest next to me banging around at 3:00 am, and generally not great. Next time I have an early morning flight, I will find a different place to stay.

Pass Initially I walked in and was impressed by the overall presentation of the place. Then I discovered there was no bathtub as I had been told, the bathroom sink didn’t work and the front door didn’t entirely close leaving openings around it unless it was pushed and held after it was locked. Then to my surprise I discovered water bugs inside and later I discovered what I’m almost positive we’re cockroaches in the kitchen area. Those weren’t discovered until after we fell asleep when I got up to use the restroom. I must have killed three and then I woke up my husband and he begun to move our belongings to the car as we did not want to take those home with us. Although the location was great not worth it. It’s right across the street from Kaiser Hospital and during my stay they had a protest in front of the hospital which woke me up at 6:15am. Not the hotels fault but just know it seems like those protests take place often as I’m from the area and see them there often. I tried to talk to the manager Abel but he was not available and I left my number and he never returned my call. Do yourself a favor and go else where.

Not very customer friendly I came here on a 13 week assignment, before getting here I called to make sure that my reservation was complete and to make sure that I could pay monthly as I will be here for the next 3 months. I spoke with Cody who happens to be THE WORST hotel manager I have ever met.Who stated that I would need to pay up 2 weeks ahead and then I would be able to pay the monthly. Ever think about getting rid of him? I have talk to him almost weekly and Ive been here 4 weeks, because they have over drafted my account on numerous charges that have come up to well over $800 alone because they find it funny, I guess, to continue to try to draft my account for what ever amount they want. They have made my account so over drawn that I can't even afford to pay for my regular bills that come out automatically. I am in debt, where as when I came here I wasn't Speaking with this Cody guy is a complete waste of time. He as left me on hold, he never returns my call, he has had held my packages that have come in the mail until they can deduct money from my account. The front desk people are rude, they never state their names and when you ask you, "My name is J". Really? Ive worked in customer service before and the first thing you know is to let the customer know who they are talking too. Oh wait this isn't a 5 star facility. I have asked that they clean the air vent in the bathroom because it looks like they haven't cleaned it since the 80's. They still haven't cleaned it. So their salute to cleanliness and protocol for covid measures is non existent. I have pictures and screen shots of my account to back up everything that I have stated. I have contacted corporate about my issues seeing as how talking to Cody is like talking to a Attention Deficit Adult. Yea I said it and I mean it. If corp doesn't take these concerns to heart and find out a way to get me my money back and stop dipping into my account when ever they want I will MOST certainly obtain an attorney. We travel nurses are here for a safe, clean, customer friendly place to stay and to get treated like this is deplorable.
