Good Room was clean, staff was professional throughout stay. Pool was not working and power went out for almost 12hrs but overall our stay was good experience. Breakfast was decent, shuttle to Disneyland and California Adventure was a great help.

Worst hotel I've seen. Elevators are broken. Water was shut off. Website says pool is open but its closed and demolished. Exit doors are left open and unsecured. Homeless roam the hallways. We didn't stay because of the unsafe conditions.

Howard Johnson Hotel & Conference Center by Wyndham Fullerton/Anaheim - September 2024 Stay I stayed at the Howard Johnson Hotel & Conference Center by Wyndham Fullerton/Anaheim on September 8th and 9th, 2024, for a Disneyland trip. While the staff was friendly and tried their best to assist with the many issues we encountered, the overall experience was disappointing. There are only two elevators on the property, one at each end of the building. Unfortunately, the elevator nearest to the front desk was broken, and I was informed it had been out of service for months. Our initial room was on the second floor, requiring us to walk across the property to the working elevator and then back across to our room, which was next to the broken elevator. The room had a strange odor, with stains on the carpet, bed, and bedding. To make matters worse, there was no microwave or refrigerator as advertised. After raising these concerns with the front desk, Juan was incredibly kind and helpful, promptly relocating us to a new room on the first floor near the lobby. However, the next morning, there was no hot water in the shower. After texting the property, they responded quickly, and the issue was resolved by noon. The property itself is very run-down. The swimming pool was drained and unusable, and the carpets throughout the hallways were stained. While the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to Disneyland, its hours of operation were quite limited. On the one occasion we used the shuttle, the pickup location at Disneyland was hard to find, and the driver drove recklessly. In summary, while the on-site staff did their best, the property is severely lacking, and the problems seem to stem from Howard Johnson and Wyndham's management. As a frequent traveler and travel agent, I do not reveal my profession while staying at hotels to get a genuine experience for my clients. Unfortunately, after this stay, I would never recommend this property and would be hesitant to book any Howard Johnson or Wyndham hotel in the future.

Dingy, dusty and broken. My recent stay at the Howard Johnson Fullerton Hotel was unfortunately far from satisfactory. My husband is a disabled veteran, and we had specific expectations for comfort and accessibility, but the experience fell short in several significant ways. We also have a baby and his comfort was greatly affected. First and foremost, the hotel was plagued by noisy and messy construction throughout our stay. All along the main Hallway, which we had to pass through anytime we were going to and from the room. This made it incredibly difficult to rest or relax, and put the baby down for a nap, especially given the level of disruption caused by the debris that was scattered everywhere. The air quality in the hotel was poor. Dusty and smelled musky of mold. One of the 2 sets of elevators were also out of operation throughout our stay, which was particularly challenging consideringy husbands mobility issues. We had to walk-through construction all the way to the back of the hotel, and around the corner. He had to navigate to the other side of the building to use the one and only operable elevators, or be forced to take the flights of stairs to my 4th floor room, which was both exhausting and inconvenient, Not to mention, it took a very, very long time to go back to the Lobby every time the key card wouldn’t work… The swimming pool was closed for cleaning, but it was completely drained and looked decaying, so who knows the last time it was actually open, and while I understand that maintenance is necessary, the timing was disappointing. Additionally, there was a major issue with the water supply in the building; it was shut off for six hours, leaving us without basic amenities like clean water, showers and functioning toilets. The overall cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The property smelled of mold, which was quite off-putting and toxic. The carpets throughout the hotel were extremely dirty, further contributing to the unpleasant atmosphere. To add to the list of grievances, we did not receive any room service during our stay. This lack of service was unexpected and exacerbated the other issues we were facing. We had to continuously go down to the main lobby a total of 4 times because our room keys were consistently getting demagnetized. Given the multitude of problems experienced during our stay we experienced inconvenience, discomfort, and hazards endured throughout our stay, I hope that management will address these concerns to improve the hotel.
