DISGUSTING!!! I've stayed in numerous motels in my lifetime and never have I stay in one as disgusting and dirty. Pool: 3/4 full with brown/black water and a layer of something on the top, no hot water, no holder to hold TP paper, a long blk bug crawled across bed. Was afraid to eat any breakfast. PLEASE drive on down the road.

Keep Driving… This is a very poor place to stay. Outside of the very nice lady, at the front desk, who checked us in, the stay was miserable. Place is very dated with doors locked with chains and padlocks. Con fusing to get to our room! Breakfast was not great and there were no staff to ask a question to or to get help. I left a piece to my CPAP machine and when I call back later that day, I was told by the person that he would check and call me back, right away! Had to call three more times that day. Same excuse from the same person! Asked to speak to the manager and it was him! The manager Wen was ignorant and not helpful! Keep driving!

Poor Quality A very poor quality inn. A filthy and frayed chair in the room, only one small round bar of soap, no microwave, floor edges dirty and funny smelling sheets are just a few of the indiscretions. At breakfast, there was no juice selections, just an unlabeled pitcher of something like Kool-Aid. When the attendant, who could not put down her drink, was asked about spoons, she replied "Working on it." Price was good, so I guess you get what you pay for.

Failure to honor the terms of my reservation. I reserved a room 2 weeks in advance with a handicap accessible shower. Upon check in Sunday 4/23 at 5:15 pm, I was told all 3 handicap accessible shower rooms were occupied. I had a 6:00 appointment elsewhere and not enough time to search for another room at a different hotel, so I stayed. I complained the next morning at check out. That front desk person said their hotel only had 1 handicap accessible shower room and that a gentleman had been booked in it for 2 months. The manager was unavailable at that time and didn't respond to my complaint by phone or email. Choice Hotels doesn't issue refunds. They only credit your privileges account with points for an unsatisfactory experience. In my opinion, Quality Inn accepted my reservation under false pretenses and compounded with various excuses and lies. The facility was fairly clean, but showing it's age. Any rating above 2 stars is undeserved.

Needs dropped from the Choice brand Not what folks expect from Choice Hotels brands!! Rundown and not well maintained. Folks were friendly and room was clean but toilet issues, leaking bathroom ceiling to name a couple. Photos attached.
