Hotel Review I have stayed at this place before and I would recommend it. However, I usually like their breakfasts because it has biscuits and gravy. I did not know that this was only on Saturday and Sunday. I normally come during that time. I was in town for a weekday this time and was disappointed

Unclean feeling, moldy smell. I would not recommend this hotel. From the pictures, it seemed like it would be a fairly nice place to stay with children… modern rooms, balcony, steps from beach, breakfast… First, when we got there, my husband (who is a person who notices everything) recognized there was a mold smell in the lobby and how unkept and dirty the downstairs was. Next, we walk into the room we were assigned, and right away we see that it had been slept in and not cleaned. Went all the way back down to request a new room. Although I understand things happen, that was the first thing that set the standard for the rest. We get to the “new” room and find it wasn't very clean. Soap scum, rust, missing paint - overall old and unclean feeling. I will say the breakfast was pretty good. It was a selection of bananas, oranges, muffins, pastries, bagels, toast, eggs, cereal, yogurt parfait, waffles, oatmeal. We didn’t even make time to check out the pool area, so I can’t comment on that.

MOLD AND ROACHES.. This place is disgusting. Ceiling and walls are wet. Curtains vents are covered in mold. I’ve killed 4 roaches since I got here. One was on the bed. Please don’t give this place your money. It’s very obvious they don’t care about their customers at all.

Horrible The bed had brown blackish hair in multiple spots under the blanket and I have red hair and my husband has short hair so it’s not from us The blanket had blood stains multiple The lock is not very Secure Had to literally go down to the front desk twice to get everything to I needed for the bed to be clean and new since they wouldn’t give it to be the frist time I went down

Issues with room and staff Pillows too big, Bathtub not cleaned, Iron was broken and the water ran right out, smoke alarm was not hooked up to either battery or electrical, the bed was very very loud metal on metal squeaky, balcony door would not shut unless you used more force that most people wouldn't have, telephone broken, When I asked kindly if there were more eggs, the lady who was preparing breakfast, Griselda, said in spanish, " chingada madre que no pueden esperar". (What the MF they can wait) Parking garage security doors either didn't work (weren't locked) or the other wouldn't unlock without a lot of trying over and over the card key. **Only $20 to park your car for a week!! (Outside the garage, the car was caked it dirty and grim that the sea blew in) All in all, probably would stay here again since it was just one night and cheap to park car while on cruise ship.
