Not very clean, unimpressive For the price I was expecting a lot more. The overall appearance of the hotel was unclean. The elevator smelled bad. The room seemed to have been given a quick once-over but again was not very clean. It was hot and stuffy when we checked in. Loud yelling from neighbors at 3am made it feel unsafe. Breakfast was inedible. The only plus was that the nighttime staff was very friendly and kind.

Bad customer service when we canceled due to Tropical Storm My son and his friends booked a trip through Expedia to stay at Baymont by Wyndham. They had to cancel last minute because of extreme weather conditions of Tropical Storm Debby and Baymont would not refund any of the money. Expedia could do nothing because the hotel manager refused to refund any of the amount of the 4 nights we had reserved. Very disappointing!

worst property in North America This property is the worst hotel I have ever seen in the United States. It was extremely dirty, old, in a sketchy area. I checked out within 10 minutes of checking-in.... avoid this property at all costs.

I would never stay here again The only saving grace for this hotel was Mileeka (Malika, I’m sorry we don’t know how to spell her name) as she was FANTASTIC. She is way too valuable as a front desk agent to be overshadowed by the filth of the rooms. We usually bring Lysol wipes with us when we travel but I forgot them and it’s the one time I needed them The rooms are disgusting. I wouldn’t have stayed if we hadn’t already paid through Hotwire and I didn’t want to go through the hassle. That and the sweet woman at the desk was just great and I didn’t want to put that on her. The vacuuming in the room is laughable. They just spot vacuum because the edges of the carpet were filthy, the corners of the walls were filthy, the shower was filthy, the towels and linens were stained. I can overlook the burn mark in the carpet because guests are irresponsible and y’all can’t help that, I can see dated worn rooms but this was just gross.

It was ehhh The hotel is not very clean and is in desperate need of renovations. However, the front desk was very courteous especially Olivia. She was extremely polite and very helpful during my entire stay.
