Ok, but would not recommend *Very* basic. Definitely could have used a deep cleaning. There was dirt in the corners and everything looked like it needed scrubbed. We stayed because of the price, location, and they were pet friendly. It was ok for a quick and in out for one night, but I cannot say that I would suggest it to a friend.

A dirty $69 hotel charging $159 Upon arrival, we waited 15 minutes before anyone came to the front desk. This is an Indian family run hotel that the owner does everything. I think the entire staff is husband, wife and a few children. Once we checked in, they tried to charge us an extra $10 resort fee that wasn’t in our reservation! I refused it, but when we were leaving, there was a patron that was none too happy about it and was arguing with the desk girl. Upon getting in our room, we were underwhelmed, but we figured it was only a place to sleep after a night out. We soon realized that the mirrors were all smudged, obviously not cleaned, we had to wear socks because the vinyl floor made our feet black, the bathroom floor was filthy and the tv, although it worked, had a very bad, washed out, worn out picture. The tub is up on some kind of a riser making it hard to even get your leg up over the side. Being so high, you felt like you’re 7’ tall while showering because you have to bend your head to get it under the shower head. There’s plenty of water pressure, I’ve literally been to car washes that didn’t have that much pressure. You can hear toilets flushing and water running from other rooms, but over all, it was relatively quiet. The AC, although the unit case was filthy, worked well. The towels and bed sheets I hope were clean, but they all had stains. The continental breakfast was a joke, water OJ, white toast, cereal, yogurt, and hostess danish. There was a tray that made it look like there may have been muffins or bagels, but not even signs of crumbs. This hotel is way over priced for what it is, I wouldn’t stay there again!

Disappointing I've used Choice Hotels for years and this was was the first disappointment I have had this the company. The pictures on the ChoiceHotels.com website were very misleading. I stayed in a King Room with a Jacuzzi Tub that was incredibly small, compared to other rooms I have stayed in. For example, I had just stayed at a Clarion Hotel with a Jacuzzi Tub in Wisconsin Dells and got more space for less money. The sheets were stained, found a dead bug in the drawer, one of the light bulbs were out and the snow was not plowed the whole time we were there. I did write a service request not and left it with the office. They did take care of the light bulb and the dead bug, but never changed the sheets or plowed the parking lot. Which is really bad because there is a steep slope in both the front and back entrance. Last but not least there was more false advertising in the complementary breakfast, which showed alot more in the website, but was not what they actually had available on location.

Absolutely never again. We checked into a suite as there was 3 of us and wanted separate beds. We used the restroom in our room when we got there. 2 of us. Then the toilet leaked all over. The front desk got us into 2 other rooms that night and remainder of our 3 nights. We couldn't get housekeeping as we weren't staying long enough. We had to get our our fresh towels. The comforter didn't seem the cleanest. There was dirt and hair behind the door on the floor. Shower pressure was good. Upon check out we asked for a receipt and was refused because we booked thru booking.com . Our cc was charged a extra $400+. The guy at front desk that morning was very unhelpful and refused any help to rectify. Corporate office has been called and stop payment. Do not stay here!!!!
