Good unit and staff. The unit was clean and orderly. They even wash the blankets when changing the sheets on the bed. There was plenty of parking next to units. I liked the carts with hangar racks that could be used to bring personal items to the rooms. There was an anti-slip mat in the shower/tub to reduce the chance of slipping. I would like to see more units with hand bars to hold while entering and exiting the shower/tub.

Scammy and gross Booked on their website, read positive online reviews and thought it seemed like a good deal. Arrived and they had changed my room and instantly charged almost $200 extra on credit card. Still hasn’t gone through. We were given a different room as we requested a king size bed, it was a suite and honestly when you are just going for a few nights a full kitchen isn’t needed. We wanted a place with whirlpool, the website said they had two, they had one it was broken. The indoor pool was filthy. There was giant hair balls on the deck I almost threw up after swimming for awhile. When leaving the pool the same desk person was dealing with another person who’s room was changed. Breakfast was a huge joke, bad breakfasts make this one look good. They didn’t have what they said they would and the breakfast sandwiches weee to be brought back to your room to microwave. Felt like a lot of scams going on here and hopefully I will get my refund at some point. Have check out in the morning and expect more BS.

This place needs a serious makeover! This hotel is extremely outdated and not the cleanest. The carpet was stained and grimy. There was trash and food behind the nightstand, stains on the walls and the bathroom sink was dirty. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows were lumpy and useless. The electrical outlets did not work and the ice machine spit out 4 ice cubes. Deck chairs were old and rusty. The front desk staff were very nice, friendly and accommodating. Location was great. Definitely not worth the $500 for 1 night. Very disappointing stay.

Room refurbishment would make this place awesome Could be so much better with a refurb to the rooms. The staff (helpful, friendly, responsive) and cleanliness were exceptional. The location was great too, especially if you’re attending an event at the Pavilion. Walking distance. Room was outdated. Old carpet. The bed & pillows uncomfortable. No privacy if your room faces the front as people can see in the room with the curtain open. No fan and a drop ceiling in the bathroom. With improvements it would be great.

No water in room except for sink Went to a concert at the pavillion and stayed at Fireside. After the concert I wanted to take a shower and no water for a shower. Too late to do anything and just went to bed. Next morning no water in shower and now no water in toilet. Maintenance was sent but then disappeared. Only compensation was a letter of apology and asking to be given another try. Place should have been shut down and no I will not give you another chance. Terrible experience.
