Austin is Awesome I called earlier this week to get help and ensure I had reserved the rooms correctly. I had a wonderful conversation with Austin. She helped me correct my reservation and got it fixed. We traveled far for a tournament and we arrived in the middle of the night. Austin helped me get the rooms sorted with great service. It’s hard to find people who go above and beyond. I was so happy to have her help and make me feel welcomed. She was so lovely and really helped us out by in person and on the phone.

Find somewhere else Unfortunately it was gross in such a nice area with lots of restaurants and shopping. First we were assigned our room and when we opened the door, it had not been cleaned (bed unmade, towels on the floor etc.) So we were assigned another room. I wasn’t looking for anything fancy but just cleanliness. The front desk staff were pretty pleasant. Only one elevator worked. No A/C in the hallways. Ice machine was out of order on our floor. The whole hotel needs a full remodel. Our bathroom was gross (see pics). The pull out sofa bed had a huge stain of some sort on it and it was already made up with clean sheets but after we stripped the bed in the am, I could see why. There was no mattress pad on the sofa bed either and from what I understand is a requirement for the hotel industry. See pics

Just Gross The only thing that gives this 2 stars vs 1 star is the front desk staff, who were amazing. We were required to stay here as part of a stay and play national soccer tournament. After reading many of the reviews I would have never booked this hotel for my family, but my hands were tied. No daily cleaning (some rooms, not ours, had signs stating if you need fresh towels it needed to be requested by 9:00 am in the morning or you were out of luck). No emptying of garbage or checking of toilet paper quantity (we ran out the dry before we left and ended up having to use the Kleenex because the cleaning staff had left for the day). The room was filthy with marks all over the wall, carpet that had the bottom of my feet dirty (after day one, always had shoes on), rusted lighting as well as no overhead lighting, which made the room dark and depressing and BUGS. When I said something to the nice gal at the front desk she admitted the place was a dump and she was sorry. There was constant smell of marijuana in the hall and elevator (which had no access button from the first floor. To get our luggage up to the room we were told we needed to go to the second floor and get on the elevator and take it to the first floor to load our luggage). One families room smelled so terrible they had to move. Terribly overpriced for such poor accommodations. Please don’t bother to add one of your form “we’re sorry for your experience” letters. You have enough complaints on social media tat you are well aware of all of these things and choose to do nothing about it. Moved to another Choice Hotel our last night and it was absolutely lovely, this isn’t a chain problem it’s an individual owner problem.

you could. but I wouldn't where to begin?? DO NOT book here unless you have no where else to go. however if you must spend a night you will be welcomed by a warm musty aroma and a dim depressing lobby. Only one elevator is working and has been that way, according to other reviews for as many as 3 months. The carpet on the third floor was completely soaked through as went sloshing to our room. apparently its because the guests have the audacity to use the AC in the summer. our pillows were 12x12- certainly not standard sized. our television did not work, our room phone did not work. the sheets appeared to be clean so that is a plus. the breakfast area was full of gnats and flies. LOTS of gnats and flies- there also seemed to be non paying members of society that are known to come in and just get their breakfast and coffee for free. from a safety standpoint that worried me with my children. the pool is less than stellar, and im not quite sure it is even up to safe water levels. one of our rooms smelled like dog/animal urine. absolutely disgusting. one of our rooms had two holes that looked like they had been drilled from the wall to the outside which could let in flies and bees. one room had a a leaking toilet but the only alternative was another room with a urine stench. the front desk clerk referred to this place as " a jankety-ass hotel" and I couldn't agree more. our group spent one night here and checked out as fast as we could the next day, moving to another hotel.

Welcome to the DisComfort Suites Disgusting and Broken Down. Booked this room for my wife and grandkids for an overnight stay before returning home. The elevator, of which there is only one, had no operational call buttons on the outside, as the buttons had been ripped from the wall. No sign, no mention of this from the front desk clerk, who was less than 20 feet from the elevator. I had to walk to to the second floor and call the elevator there to bring it to the lobby. The room was very outdated, with strange yellow stains all over the carpet. The bathroom was old and not well maintained, and there was a band aid on the shower floor (i took the photo after i removed it). Every single chair in the lobby/eatery sitting area was severely worn and looked over 20 years old. The chairs were literally so worn, they were no longer the original color. There were randomly opened maintenance doors all over the hotel, piles of garbage/dirty dishes etc on the ground, and the 3rd floor ice machine area was closed and blocked off so they could stockpile whatever tools or supplies they were storing there. Even after dropping everything off at the room we turned right around, brought it all back downstairs, cancelled, and found a very nice Hilton about 10 minutes away. This was one of the worst conditions I've seen a hotel in. The conditions here were awful and frankly, it was gross.
