Pleasant surprise We were pleasantly surprised. This hotel is clean, smell new, staff is well trained. Our room was large, bathroom clean, towels not worn. New carpet everywhere. A/C and heating worked! And we barely noticed any noise from A/C. Breakfast was good: juices, muffins, yogurts, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and wonderful breakfast potatoes. Coffee was available in the lobby all day. I highly recommend this establishment.

Water Pressure Terrible & Misleading Pictures and Description Our family stayed here because we were visiting friends in the area. We booked a 2-queen bed suite. The staff at the front desk upon check-in were very friendly! Our room was located on the 5th floor right beside the elevator. The hotel was quiet for our stay so we didn't hear a lot of commotion in the hallway or from the elevator. The room was spacious for us and the beds were comfortable, what you would expect from a Hilton hotel, however, the hotel could use a revamp. The pictures posted on the internet of the outside of the property are misleading. This hotel is located in a shopping center, which I did not see or read anywhere prior to booking. The parking for the actual hotel is very small. We came back from dinner and there was no parking around the hotel itself only in the parking areas near the shopping establishments. We ended up parking by the Starbucks and Verizon store beside the hotel because that area was more lit up than the other areas of parking in front of the hotel (more shopping area/hotel parking). In fact, the main picture they use for this hotel is taken from the back of the Verizon store looking at the hotel! The dogwood (white flowered tree) is blocking the view of part of the shopping center. The water pressure is TERRIBLE for both taking a shower and flushing the commode. To flush the commode you have to hold the handle forever hoping it will go down because the water also rises pretty high. The shower had an adjustable nozzle for massage, etc., however ours was broken and you couldn't adjust it from the previous person who was in the room.

Clean but with inconveniences Most importantly, the hotel is clean. One problem is that only one elevator is functional, and another guest said it's been that way for more than a year. I like taking the stairs, but both staircases exit outside -- fine if you're heading to your car, but inconvenient if you're heading to breakfast. And you can't re-enter the building through those doors, so you're stuck waiting for the elevator anytime you enter the building. There are no workout facilities in the building, but the hotel does provide access to a gym very close by.

Not the place to stay The hotel itself was clean and the staff was friendly but the hotel was not made for those who don't do elevators or require a good night's sleep. The steps only go up to the 2nd floor and then you have to go outside the hotel and walk up steps almost like a fire escape which had no lights. Impossible to see at night. There was a couple fighting in the hallway and when I called front desk nothing was done. The rooms were small and not at all what the photos show. The coffee was cold no hot water for tea and the breakfast food was hardly warm. Will never stay again

Cleanliness Upon settling in, I noticed the sitting chair had a large ugly dark brown stain on the cushion. Room 315 upon settling in I noticed the sitting chair had a large ugly dark brown stain on the sitting cushion. When I saw two staff members in the third-floor hallway near the elevators, one staff member asked my room #, yet no one came to the room. Upon checkout, this was reported again the next day at checkout to the morning staff with an image of the desk chair seat that also had a brown stain. Breakfast was good.
