MUCH BETTER VALUE THAN RESIDENCE INN Once again found ourselves in the land of my forbearers, enjoying artery-clogging amounts of Scrapple while paying outrageous gas prices at WAWA. We normally stay at the Residence Inn in Glen Mills on 11 Fellowship Road, but we'd become increasingly disappointed with the amateur hour vibe of its staff. Final straw was the elimination of waffles at breakfast during the week, which combined with the general messiness of the food area and its very basic food options, made us decide to give Hampton Inn a shot. Well am I glad we did. - spotless food area, kept constantly clean. - "make yourself PANCAKES AND WAFFLES seven days a week - scones and English muffins and 3 types of bread to boot - scrambled and hardboiled eggs - instant grits - yogurt and granola bars and cereal station - apples and bananas - coffee stations with bottles of creamers (not the little single serves) - butter, jam and hot sauces laid out nicely And hold your horses, they have free newspapers - when's the last time you got one at a hotel? Though the rooms are a bit long in the tooth compared to the newer Residence Inn, the difference in price and pet charges simply make the Hampton Inn much more attractive. The pool area is completely renovated and refreshed by the way. The bathrooms have an overabundance of towels and washcloths, unlike the RI, where you have to ask for extras. Not to mention the Hampton Inn is right in the center of the retail district, compared to the Residence Inn's location off the main drag.

Don’t stay until the property gets a huge overhaul Do not stay here until (if) the property is redone. The property is almost too far gone. The rugs are filthy. The furnishings are old, stained, warped, and just disgusting. Oh, the weed smoking all weekend was a real treat too. No the hotels fault but just an added extra. This really could be a nice place but I think Hilton better give this place up, too much work would need to be done in my opinion to make it better than a decent motel at best. House keeping is also obviously understaffed and rushed. This needs hotel rescue treatment stat. The breakfast is ok, typical with limited seating. Pool is closed, but probably best if the rest of the place is indicative of what it was like. The staff that are there are like the movie “mean girls” very sassy! They help but you can definitely tell they really don’t want to and you are a chore. It seems like a “clique” to me, not consumer focused. Not really impressed with the staff aside from the older gentleman in housekeeping that was always cleaning up breakfast and stuff, he’s really nice. Probably just stay away until this place gets a major overhaul , there’s potential but it’s fading more and more every day. They don’t even have contactless payment, digital key fails, definitely the Middle Ages. The DoubleTree is a little farther away but much worth looking into. Maybe it’s just me, I’m a Diamond member but Hilton has let the Hampton brand become a glorified Motel. On the plus side the Texas Roadhouse is walking distance, awesome food and you get 10% off Photos showing stained upholstery, stained walls, mold? In the HVAC obviously water leakage history under the bathroom sink and the dust/dead bug on the window valance. All visible by my eye, why not by staff?

Great service I just checked in and the person working at front desk(Tyshria) was very helpful, she helped with give good recommendations for places to visit. She was very cheerful, and gave us a very cheerful mood for the rest of the day. If any of the Milton higher-ups are reading this I think she needs to get a promotion.

Heh, Bah Humbug We were very disappointed in this stay. First, I'll say the staff is excellent. The hotel itself is run down. We stayed here because of proximity to our family and amenities like the hot tub. Well, the hot tub was broken the entire visit of 5 days. The pool area itself was very moist and looks like it has mold on the ceiling. The chair in the suite with a desk was ripped and worn. Even the coffee was old and warm. Not at all what I expect from a Hilton property.

Delightfully clean and fragrance free! The entire facility was delightfully fragrance free. This is great for children and adults with asthma, allergic asthma, any other respiratory conditions, and those who experience other reactions to fragrances such as migraine headaches. There was no fragrance machine shooting at us when we entered. There was no fragrance in the lobby, dining area, hallway, elevator, or our room! To our surprise, the linens were not fragranced and I was able to sleep in the bed without changing everything to my own linens. The towels were soft and not fragranced. It's not like this with all Hampton inns, but I did contact corporate with my feedback and let them know how they could gain market share by taking care to eliminate toxins from the air like this facility did.
