Just Missed The Ring I was sent here (20 min shuttle ride) by the airline after their delays caused me to miss a connecting flight (looking at you American), not have my luggage available and hosed my entire return trip to meet my awaiting family at my final destination. 17 disgruntled fellow passengers were queued up awaiting to be issued room keys at 11 p.m. and I just tried to search out food but everything in the adjacent area was closed. My turn and was issued a key but I informed the staff I was premium member and was upgraded to a very nice suite. After getting into the room, I attempted to call the front desk to inquire about the morning shuttle (0500 departure) and a complementary tooth-brush & toothpaste (remember AA kept our luggage) but the phone line was dead. Went to the desk, reported the busted phone and was informed the shuttle ONLY departs at 0400 but here's the numbers to several cabs in the area and I can 'purchase' a tooth-brush & toothpaste at the handy-dandy kiosk where the snacks are located...I took a look for the heck of it but there were no oral care items there (1215 a.m. now) I reported the bare space and it must have been the look I gave him as the clerk immediately, reached under the counter and produced...a tooth-brush & toothpaste... Went back to room, called for a 3 a.m. cab pickup (TSA checkpoints at ORD airport only open at 4 a.m. for the cattle crush) and dozed for two hours before heading to the lobby to await the cab only to find an almost empty coffee pot...the clerk (same dude) says he'll start brewing a replacement right away! Poured the cold coffee into the sink drain and walked out and into my cab to head to the airport. Not a bad room but everything else was wanting.

Made false statements I would never stay there again. I asked the front desk clerk twice (once by phone before reservation and again in person upon arrival) how much the airport shuttle service would cost. Each time I was told "$30". My post-trip credit card statement showed I was instead charged $135 for said service. When I called the hotel to complain, I was told by the same clerk that "it was $30 EACH way to airport and another $105 for 7 nights parking". They never showed me anything in their advertising or check-in paperwork that indicated it would cost more than the verbal $30. Also, the room and bathroom were the tiniest I've ever seen and the thermostat didn't work. When I called to complain about the additional unannounced charges on my credit card, I was told "I will have to talk to the manager and call you back. NEVER CALLED BACK!

Very Good I recommend this hotel, after staying there for two nights. Excellent hotel staff, very respectful and helpful. The rooms are very clean and AC works well. Good water pressure in the shower. The location worked for me. Spacious parking lot.

Large Group Satisfied I had a layover with 31 travelers (students and parents) with an early flight the next morning. This hotel was very helpful and efficient. They picked us all up and had our room keys ready upon arrival. They gave us advice on how to use our food vouchers to order food for the group (it was very late). They were ready at 4:00 am in the morning with both vans to take us back to the airport. The employees were kind and accommodating. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable.

Good Value and Recently Updated We stayed for a couple of nights in a west-facing room with 2 queen beds. The hotel has undergone very extensive remodeling since our last stay in 2023 and has been updated in many ways - new carpet, wallpaper, beds, televisions, electronics, refrigerators, towels, washcloths, furniture, etc. The hotel is next to a nice restaurant and is close to a number of shopping areas. Because we were there on business, we were not able to check out the fitness center or take advantage of breakfast. If we are there in business next year, we plan to stay here again.
