Awesome management - lovely accommodation We booked through a third party, noting we had 4 people, but the site only gave us a King room with no option for another bed. I realized this after we booked, and called the property. Management kindly offered to upgrade us to a suite with two kings! And a kitchenette (we didn't use it, except for the frig and the wonderful round dining table). The accomodation was lovely, comfortable, breakfast was great, and service was awesome. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Unfriendly front desk men @7:00 a.m. asked the front desk man about the password. This man was unnecessarily gave poor service, passive aggression, an attitude just for simple question. Not cool for a front desk to paying customer. For some reason he could not hide that hated to see me - my color perhaps. A lady Teal at the front desk is excellent. The hotel is good and is what it promises to be except the man mentioned above.

Convenient Location and Quiet Hotel The room was great. Lots of room. Good parking. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. The staff was pretty good except for Teal who was working the front desk. She managed out check in. When we had asked about our room (with a kitchenette) not having a toaster in it, she said there was nothing she could do. I asked if there was one in a common area that could be used, she said no. This was wrong, there was one available for use during breakfast hour. Later in that week, there was a problem with the tub in our room. We were moved to another equivalent room with a kitchenette and it had a toaster. Weird.. The front desk person named Ray was great. Any questions we had he knew the answer to and he was always kind and friendly. ... moral is ask for Ray if you need help, avoid Teal!

Away from center and budget minded Traveling through to Nevada and to hit hot springs for a two night stay. Located a mile or two west of the downtown area and the springs pools (and other side of the highway). Easy to find with GPS but a bit tricky due to flashing through traffic circles (to minimize street lights). The lobby area is rather dark and directly in a high traffic location. Fast check-in though. 2nd floor room was as expected, clean & tidy with small fridge and microwave. Beds were clean and comfortable. The AM breakfast was limited in variety and served at a table where I had to take my meal to my room to eat due to COVID-19 safe distancing mandates. Offerings: sausage, pre-made scrambled eggs, yogurt, bananas and oranges, apple & orange juice, coffee. A Dairy Queen and gas/convenience store located across the street. Noise: only issue was listening to child's footsteps over our room around 9:00 PM during our stay. Overall, average for the price range. Includes a small, free safe but no instructions left in the room. Wifi: yes & free. Did not see or use pool or a workout area. Overall, average and reasonable for the price. Hot springs: We stayed on the weekend so the hot springs (Glenwood Pool and Iron Mountain) filled up quickly. We did use Iron Mountain but to get in to The Glenwood Springs Pool was not to our liking due to a long line at 10 AM. We immediately adventured to (small & primitive) South Canyon outside of town and had a great time. We'll be back in the area in the future but would be willing to try another hotel experience.

Not so good... I let a friend pick a place to stay. He is very cheap. I should have known better. This is a low budget, cheap, not so nice place with a surly staff. It is not very clean and not close to anything. For $200 + per night, I expected better. I would not recommend or ever stay in a Choice hotel chain place. This was a glorified truck stop.
