Nice stay, clean rooms, friendly staff. We were there last weekend. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The only issue is we could hear people walking upstairs. Walls are thin. Other than that it was a nice stay. If i am in the area again I would stay here.

I’d avoid, if possible… Everything is rundown. Elevator and all vending machines are out of order. Would rather sleep on floor, than provided bed. Wi-Fi only works half the time. Toilet backed up on first flush (liquid only), and plunger in bag by toilet indicates (to me) that they expect me to take care of it. Still copper scouring strands on carpet. Was denied borrowing a pen for even a brief moment and treated rudely over asking to do so. However, the older lady that checked me in at the front desk, was polite and professional.

Not bad for a Motel 6 This place is set all by itself with no bad "neighbors" so to speak and close to many restaurants and not far from Frederick Meijer Gardens. Reasonably priced , as well it should be based on chains reputation. Staff was fine. room clean, lots of channels to watch, no bad noises, horrible breakfast stuff as expected.

Only place to take me with life-changing job I traveled from the U.P. to get here. Quickly I learned that you cannot report noisy guests, or you will be at risk of eviction. Children run up and down the hallways all night long, prostitutes are constantly wandering around, but remember, don't say anything, or you will be evicted. I don't even bother reporting noise now, because I know only I will be at risk. So in conclusion, do not stay here, hell a tent on the side of the highway would be quiter, and less dangerous.

Until Cleaned Up... Do Not Stay Here! The lobby is clean, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are large. If I stopped there, I could rate them 4 stars. However; the hotel has divided itself up into two sections. The Motel 6 section and The Grand extended stay hotel... and you can walk from one into the other. The extended stay portion is filthy and run down... it smells dirty and if your room is near that crossover point you will smell it. There are wrecked cars in the parking lot and there are people sleeping in the parking lot using the rooms of the extended stay folks to shower. The elevator is filthy and people are sitting around it smoking and the worst think is staying there for the weekend... there was partying in the parking lot until Saturday night... and we woke up to used syringes and all kinds of trash in the parking lot. If you have a family.... until they correct this... you won't feel safe.
