Newly Renovated? Not in the last several years! This hotel was not very clean and had a foul musty stink to it throughout! The carpet was scuzzy. And the "continental breakfast" was not provided in a very sanitary manner. The bread, donuts and muffins were not individually wrapped, and some folks were just using their fingers to pick up their item(s). I also had an issue with my extended stay, which was arranged before my arrival and check in. At check-in I was told everything was good for 2 nights, rather than the initial 1 night . . . and at the same rate. The next morning around 11:30a I got a call on my mobile asking when I was going to check out, since check-out was 11a and my stuff was still in the room. It was a nightmare to deal with this situation, since I was more than an hour away. Further I was told the room rate for the extra day would be more than my initial rate. After messing around with it for about 20 minutes, I was assured it was fine. (She had to speak with the clerk from the day before.) The whole experience was a nightmare . . . I will probably avoid this location in the future.

Nightmare Poor breakfast, dirty room, especially the bathroom. Overcharged for the extra hour for checking in early.

Would NOT recommend Stayed Thursday through Sunday had do not disturb on the door was disturbed twice a day, Thursday, Friday and Saturday as they thought there was a leaking tub and then Saturday they moved us from 311 to 208 and got all unpacked and the floor was sopping wet a pipe burst in the wall and they moved us to the room that was flooded so I had to pack up all the stuff again and they put us in 415. Everything up on the cart moved everything to 415 there was a do not disturb on the door my car did not work. Had to go all the way back down to the front desk , go all the way back up to 415 to open the door and it was occupied had to go back down to the front desk and then they finally put us in 220 and I was six hours late for work at an event at Belnap Park, waiting on the hotel staff not to mention room 208. The housekeeper refused to give me any towels. There were no towels in the room to take a shower after hauling everything around I demanded a discount. There was a lady/Manager helping me and she was amazing and got no help from her colleague as he was too busy on his cell phone.

Couldn’t get in our room until 10:30 pm because it wasn’t cleaned yet. Very disappointed. Made reservations for 3 rooms a week ahead of time. Got there at 9:30 pm and rooms weren’t ready. Didn’t get in our rooms until 10:30.
