Nothing worked Pool looked old and grungy, only 2 of the 4 lamps in our room worked. One was held together with electrical tape. Cable did not work. Booked a queen size bed and we got a room with a full size bed. Only good part was the room was clean and it was right off the highway.

Attending Wedding Stayed here for one night and this was the Worst Hotel I've ever been in. Listen there were roaches crawling on the walls, Refrigerator and the microwave was not clean, and noise outside my window at night. And the staff was not that great

Clean, comfortable & very nice breakfast bar. We stayed here on a Friday night. We did not have a reservation. Very friendly man checked us in. Not the finest area but seemed safe. Very clean room & bathroom. Comfortable bed, rv worked. Within any easy walk to Walgreens & a great Mexican restaurant.

Unclean Facility We stayed in a lovely hotel in the Quality chain at Marquette, MI last night, and were unexpectedly disappointed by the dump in greater Grand Rapids. The bathroom floor had not been vacuumed nor mopped prior to our checking in. There were long human hairs on the floor and the edge of the tub from a previous guest or a housekeeper. In addition, the shower curtain rod in our bathroom was not fastened to the wall. The room had a hair dryer and coffee maker, an ironing board, but no iron. I would not stay here again.

No sleep Room comfortable on first floor but bathroom door would not close properly. People in the room above us making noise until 2 or 3 am, voices in hallways until very late at night. No breakfast available due to remodeling. Will not be returning to this hotel in the future.
