Excellent historic inn! Every time we head south to California, the Weasku Inn is where we spend the first night. We stay there again on the return trip. Great rooms and friendly staff. We get breakfast every morning, snacks in the afternoon and even a cookie each night. Very nice comfortable beds too.

What a charming place. Great place to stay. We enjoyed the house and all it offered. The three bedrooms were very comfortable and the deck was amazing. The location by the stream made for a wonderful view and the short walk to the river was nice. Breakfast at the main lodge perfect. The grounds are well maintained and the atmosphere is refreshing.

Historical or just old? A very old hotel/inn, which I normally appreciate and enjoy, but this one has an old smoky smell inside. We stayed in a main hotel room upstairs. It was clean and had modern ammenities, but it smelled musty and funky. It was very hot and there was a fire in the area, but we never opened the windows. When I asked the desk person how I could turn the AC up a bit he didn't know. He said he thought it was a main unit controlled as one. Wow, this means I have to like the same room temperature as all the other guests? It was hot. He did say there was a fan in the closet, so we slept with a box fan running all night. There is old carpet, even in the bathroom, maybe this was the issue?

A special Inn for sure As many fellow travelers already wrote, this is a wonderful Inn on a beautiful property. Its history and simple comforts are special. I commented several times how wonderful it smelled as you walk in through the big wood door (a clean cozy cabin smell), and how pristine everything was kept--the public areas and my room, the grounds as well. The hot breakfast was delicious (sausage , breakfast potatoes, eggs), and the late afternoon apps were so good that I stayed on property one evening after a late lunch so I could enjoy the peace and quiet and still have a nice bite to eat! My room was simple but comfortable, but I did hear the traffic starting 6ish? as the Inn is right by the road. Management is so kind and professional, helpful with hike and restaurant ideas. I had a delicious meal at Rivers Edge (make a rev!) with outside river views, acoustic guitar, and a great value for all. Also The Bohemian in the historic town of Grants Pass was classy and delicious--strawberry caprese (so fresh and locally sourced ingredients) and toasted coconut shrimp--yum!

Charming historic inn along the Rogue River in Grants Pass, Oregon Spent two wonderful nights at this historic inn in Grant’s Pass, next to the Rogue River. Most gracious staff at reception (Merek is exceptionally knowledgeable about local hiking and foodie venues). Quiet, comfy queen bedroom upstairs in the main lodge was immaculate, with ironed cotton sheets & in-room Keurig coffee. The Inn’s focus on hospitality is evidenced by their nightly free appetizers (fresh crudités, hummus, and assorted warm offerings), followed by their freshly-baked chocolate chip cookies in the evening, which are served alongside their S’mores kits (to enjoy by their scenic fire pit). Savor your full complimentary breakfast at one of their outdoor tables overlooking their exquisitely-manicured grounds, or inside, in their cozy breakfast room. They also have numerous detached cottages for couples and larger family gatherings. Don’t miss out on this little piece of Paradise!
