Adequate but nothing special This hotel has some pluses being very close to Hershey area but the hotel is showing its age and lack of upkeep. First floor room had stains in ceiling in bathroom and mold over the shower area. Rugs are dirty. A/C was either freezing or pushing out hot air. Thermostat was way off. The morning breakfast area is crowded and lacks sufficient seating. No area to purchase snacks or essentials. If you’re looking for a basic hotel that is adequate this is it. Area around hotel is devoid of dining choices too unless you count Sheetz or Fabio’s which was average as well.

Don't Bother Don't waste your time expecting quality or quality customer service. I canceled my reservation months in advance as this hotel could not accommodate my updated requests for my family and I booked at another hotel. Hampton Inn still charged me, customer service was rude and not helpful towards the issue. I was informed that I would not be charged. I was charged $250 and I didn't stay at the hotel. I will never recommend to family, friends, or the public or choose to stay in the future.

Disgusting This hotel was nasty and smelly. The mattresses were sinking in and very uncomfortable. The shower head was moldy. The AC unit was so laud - felt like we were inside a helicopter. The breakfast food was awful but the only lady working at breakfast was very kind, pleasant and was working very hard to please the hotel guests. It felt like a hotel in a third world country, hasn’t been updated in 20 or 30 years. One of the front desk ladies reassured me that the red stains on the mattress was “just rust”. The worst part was the pool - you could not see the bottom of the pool - the water was so cloudy, I don’t even want to guess when was last time they changed the water - maybe never. I would never let my kids swim in anything like this - looked unsafe and just really disgusting. Please be safe and stay somewhere else.

Avoid at all costs The front desk staff was rude and inept. They screwed up several aspects of my stay, including charging the wrong credit card, giving me misinformation when I called to adjust my stay before arrival, and then just ignoring requests once checked in. The mgr didn’t follow through with what they said they would to correct the issues as well.

Ruined my new years Eve. I will never stay in this hotel again. Not a good reputation for the good brand of Hampton. After calling in advance and paying a premium for connected rooms upon arrival was greeted with an extremely rude person at the front desk who was too lazy to even check my papers which clearly said guaranteed connected rooms and refused to even credit me for the extra.
