A paradise if you like mold Moldy dated rooms we could not wait to leave and the stupid hours that their shuttle service runs for people commuting and connecting flights at the airport I hope I don't get a fungal infection after staying here had to pay $42 to catch Uber to stay here

First Stop on Arrival at DFW Location is good for airport arrival with plenty of free parking, hotel offers airport transfer but we arrived by hire car. Twin Rooms are a little tired and could benefit from a refurb, beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean with hot water, breakfast area was self service but great range of items available. Great place as a transit stopover.

No shuttle until 7am ($50 night time cab to airport) Not the best facilities. Broken drawer. Worst part: shuttle doesn’t run until 7am and it’s a $50 Uber for the ten minute trip. If you’re arriving or leaving at an odd time, stay at a hotel that has a functioning shuttle.

Poor service, late check in, dirty sheets I'll echo the poor reviews. We arrived close to 4pm for a 5pm rehearsal dinner and our rooms were still not cleaned even though check in is 3pm. The manager seemed annoyed that we would feel inconvenienced. We had just driven three hours with an elderly family member in a wheel chair. After a twenty or so minute wait, we checked in. On check in I made sure we had a king suite with a sofa bed for our two kids. When we went to make the sofa bed up, the sheets were dirty with an old plastic bag in the middle of the mess. We couldn't call for sheets because our room phone didn't work so when my husband went down to get sheets the manager said, 'Well what do you want me to do? You want a new room? We don't expect people to use the sofa bed and don't always check if the sheets get changed.' My husband just wanted clean sheets as it was late, we didn't want a new room, just a hygienic sleeping situation. If you offer a sofa bed, make sure the sheets are clean. The hotel seems to be operating on a shoe string and are quick to blame something else (or you) for their poor service. We only stayed here because family members were staying here but I'll book elsewhere next time. If a hotel manager gets bothered when you hold them accountable to what they advertised, that's a sign to book elsewhere.

Not recommended Dont stay here if you are counting on them getting you to the airport. We had signed up for 5am shuttle it didnt show next trip shuttle picked up at sister hotel next door still did not pixk us up. Ended up having to drive our vehicle cost me $162 to park.
