Lower cost during renovations We stayed 3 nights during a major renovation. (Half of the building was walled off on our floor.) Service was generally gracious; but the low quality of the breakfast buffet didn’t match the fifteen-dollar asking price. As one might expect for a hotel being renovated, room fixtures, hall carpet, etc. were worn and blemished; but if they keep working, eventually it will shine.

Very Good The service was amazing, specially the front desk staff. My room on the 7th floor was uncluttered and clean. Kudo for the coffee machine in the lobby. I will definitely come back if I happened to be in the area again.

Found Mouse in room. Stayed here from 10/26-10/29. Upon arrival, no one is at the front desk to greet you. You have to call for someone for about 5 minutes before someone comes out from the back. My room smelt like cigarettes and the room just looks run down which is not my usual IHG experience. My last night there, I saw a mouse run across my desk (i’m deathly afraid of mice). I couldn’t move from my bed and was terrified. I was stuck in my bed for an hour calling the front desk and no one picked up. Finally got the courage to run downstairs, worker was pleasant and granted me a new room. Eventually spoke with the Manager Renee, who was extremely rude, unprofessional and dismissive. I’ve never experienced someone in a managerial position act like that. It was extremely disappointing and distasteful. I already reported her to cooperate because she’s the one that replies to all the reviews here. Writing this review for others so they won’t waste their time. Book somewhere else. Save your money and mental health.

Do not stay here! Stayed here for one night as part of a wedding party. On arrival the room was HORRIBLE. I was in a rush and only there for one night so I decided not to be the “ COMPLAINER” as the room was only being used to change. After returning to the room for a crash nap before my drive back home. Woke up one hour later to these bite marks. I was not happy from check in so I decided to just check out @ 5am. Went to the front desk who asked if I saw any bugs. It’s not my job to look for bugs. Or if it can be an allergic reaction. I was told to email the manager.. Days later no response. Finally got a call back from the manager who went on to say that the hotel is under renovation which does not warrant renting rooms that they themselves will not stay in. I was also told that they cannot reimburse every guest that complained. The pictures below will show that this was not just a complaint! I was offered 20% off the room night even though she was fully aware that the rooms were filthy, the bathroom tub was peeling and the carpets smelled horrible. Do not stay here!!!!

bad terrible rata and mices in rooms please don't stay here i been here for 7months it is run down i am trying to leave bad bad terrible terrible rats and mices in my room i been here for a while and am ready to go please don't stay here its not worth its am telling you it's bad management no one is doing about the health department needs to come soon its really bad bad terrible terrible
