bring your own clean towels 3 days no house keeping no clean towels did not empty daily trash in room nasty place room was not as advertised, bed right next to couch small no privacy ice machine right next to room people getting ice all night cant sleep

Great stay at Hyatt Place Greensboro First time staying at this location and I was immediately impressed with the room. Very clean and upgraded compared to other Hyatt Places I've stayed at. Front desk staff, Sunshine, was friendly and made the check-in process quick and easy. Would recommend.

Shocked Long Standing Hyatt Member! I’ll keep it short. I wouldn’t recommend you stay at this location especially during a special event and you need an actual place to stay. It’s a 50/50 chance you’ll be displaced, lied to& avoided if you need management for anything.

Just issues every day The room was not ready during check in, which was suppose to be at 3pm we didn’t check in until 6 PM. Also when we got into the room, there was hair in the shower and on the floor in the bathroom. I also have pictures then the following day the sunblocking shade fell down. I had to call the front desk, which took forever to answer because no one is ever at the front desk. I guess they are short-staffed, but they did come and fix it after that the air conditioner in the room was making a loud noise like a washing machine and then started leaking water all over the floor. housekeeping was great. They were nice especially a lady name HEAVEN. She was really kind and helpful. The front desk was running around doing everything except for being at the front desk. Breakfast ended early every single morning the food was horrible. They always ran out of food and didn’t have a large variety. The eggs tasted like cardboard , the sausage patties also taste like cardboard. Everything was disgusting so I only went down one time for breakfast and then went out to restaurants like Chick-fil-A or McDonald’s, which was very close in the area to get breakfast for my family. The front desk was nice and kind, but I do think they are overworked and understaffed and did the best that they could. The rooms were OK. They were overpriced , I think for the quality, but we had no choice but to stay there. I would not stay at this location again only because of all the issues that I had to come in contact with. I had to call every day to get towels replenished, we stayed a week. No one came to change the sheets on the bed. She said they would do it every three days on the fourth day I had to call and request my bed linens to be changed. Overall I would rate this property a 3/10

Terrible experience staying at Greensborough HYATT Place Not at all happy staying at this hotel never ever going back, terrible experience with toilet flush not working had to keep asking for bath towel.
