PERFECT. Love this hotel. The entire staff who I came in contact with were very nice and friendly. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast was good. The pool is nice. Will be my go to place when I’m visiting Greensboro. PS. The pictures on your website needs to be updated. It’s a totally different hotel from the pictures.

HORRIBLE!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Horrible!!! Got there at 3:08 pm for check in at 3:00 pm. None of the rooms had been cleaned!!! No idea on how long we would have to wait for our room. Lobby was full and slam packed of people in same situation. Had to go to another hotel after waiting for an hour and still no cleaned rooms. Had a timed event to attend. Customer service was horrible!!! Would not honor a refund when I held up to my reservation agreement. Over $200 that they refuse to refund because of their staffing and clean rooms that the times were documented on my reservation. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Especially if you have somewhere to be at a specific time and need to get ready

Absolutely perfect stay in every way! Clean and spacious that appears new and well decorated. Pet friendly with enclosed green space for safe walks. Many choices for the breakfast buffet. Friendly and helpful hotel staff! Perfect stay and we already have return reservations for this hotel.

Nightmare stay. I have stayed at this La Quinta several times over the past few years and I have never experienced such a nightmare of a stay. Now I don't think I'll ever come back to spend more money here. There was cigarette ashes everywhere, blood stains on the bed, public hair on bed and in the shower, chocolate on door handles and couch, tv didn't work in bedroom area and then I was told at check in I was going to be on the quiet floor which insinuated that I shouldn't be loud and that upset me. Why would yoy think I would be loud? I was insulted by that. After being switched rooms at 3am I still had a dirty room. The bed smelled of perfume and had hair in it which then I couldn't sleep at all. Was so uncomfortable. I asked the next morning if my room could be cleaned and asked if they could call housekeeping and was told they don't call housekeeping and that they were on the floor to clean and yet my room didn't get cleaned at all. I had to ask staff at night to get clean towels and sheets and do it myself. I'm so upset. The amount of money I spent on this suite and all this trouble was insane.

Worst Customer Service and Bad Attitude Ever!!! I would have given this hotel a zero, if I could. I have stayed at this hotel many times and the experience from checking in for my usual 7 to 10 day stay has always been excellent. As always, I had a paid reservation with confirmation of my paid reservation. The lady at the front desk did not greet me nor said anything to me as I approached the desk. I told her may name and shared that i had a paid reservation. The lady at the front desk told me that she could not check me in until she got paid from the 3rd party. She asked for me to call priceline because that is not her job. I had never heard of such a thing, Then she asked for my credit card for a $150 refundable charge. I told her the sign reads a $100 refundable charge, to which she said that sign is for other people. Then she kept working on her computer without a word, after a few minutes I simply asked her to give me an update on my check in. She got mad and told me to go stay at another hotel because she couldn't help me. I told her that is not great customer service and i asked to speak to the manager. She told me her name is Cheryl and she is the manager. I told her there is no way you can possibly be the manager. You are not treating me as a paid guest nor are you helping me get checked in. That's when she asked me to leave the hotel. Another front desk clerk who was also there said to leave when he had not even been a part of the conversation at all. They both were so unprofessional and prideful that they could talk to customers any way they want and get away with it. This is unacceptable. I left and outside the hotel parking lot there was a family and a gentlemen and they too had been asked to leave by Cheryl. They were told to go stay at another hotel because the manager Cheryl would not help them check in either. I ended up going to another hotel by the conference center where i was greeted and treated with Great Customer service. It is clear that the staff at La Quinta Inn & Suites By Wyndham is in need of some better qualified staff who know exactly how the hospitality industry and treat customers/guests in a better manner. Corporate/franchise should have a firmer hand in hiring better qualified people and managing this hotel that was once a great place to stay. I will not be returning to this La Quinta until there is a significant improvement on hiring new staff that provide Great Customer Service.
